उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित, कई मामलों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित एवं प्रभावी समाधान हेतु आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन आज समाहरणालय परिसर में जिला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में किया गया।
इस अवसर पर जिले के दूर-दराज एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने उपायुक्त से प्रत्यक्ष मुलाकात कर अपनी समस्याएं एवं मांगें प्रस्तुत कीं। जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान जमीन विवाद, आपसी मतभेद, विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने, पेंशन, आवास योजना, रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने, पेयजल समस्या, सड़क निर्माण एवं कानून-व्यवस्था से संबंधित आवेदन प्राप्त हुए।
उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदकों की समस्याओं को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुना तथा कई मामलों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया। शेष लंबित मामलों पर संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए कि प्राप्त आवेदनों का समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ निष्पादन किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य आमजन की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है, इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान गुमला निवासी सामरा उरांव ने राज्य वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजना के लिए आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। प्रारंभिक जांच के उपरांत संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को उन्हें योजना से आच्छादित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
सिसई निवासी गीता उरांव ने अपने दो बच्चों का नाम राशन कार्ड में जोड़ने हेतु आवेदन दिया, जिस पर आवश्यक जांच कर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
गुमला निवासी कुंती लकड़ा ने रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने का आग्रह किया। उपायुक्त ने उन्हें Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) से जोड़ने की सलाह देते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को सहयोग प्रदान करने हेतु पत्र अग्रसारित किया।
कटकामा ग्राम निवासी पुष्पा मेलानी आईंद ने भारतमाला परियोजना के तहत भूमि अधिग्रहण के संबंध में मुआवजा राशि हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। इस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक जांच एवं कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
गुमला निवासी नीलम देवी ने अबुआ आवास योजना के अंतर्गत लाभ प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया। इस पर संबंधित विभाग को जांच उपरांत आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन का निष्पादन मानवीय दृष्टिकोण अपनाते हुए किया जाए, ताकि आम जनता का जिला प्रशासन पर विश्वास और अधिक सुदृढ़ हो सके।
