सदर अस्पताल गुमला का , स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता एवं व्यवस्थाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, विद्या भूषण के द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान रोगी भर्ती वार्ड, सर्जिकल वार्ड, किचेन रूम, दवा वितरण कक्ष, इमरजेंसी वार्ड, ओपीडी, एनआरसी केंद्र सहित विभिन्न इकाइयों का जायजा लिया गया।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में भर्ती मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से सीधी बातचीत कर उपलब्ध स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के संबंध में फीडबैक प्राप्त किया गया। मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों द्वारा अस्पताल में उपलब्ध कराई जा रही सेवाओं के प्रति संतोष व्यक्त किया गया।
प्रसव कक्ष से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार अपराह्न 4:15 बजे तक कुल 18 माताओं का सामान्य प्रसव एवं 05 माताओं का सिजेरियन (C-Section) ऑपरेशन संपन्न किया गया। सभी प्रसूताओं को प्रसव उपरांत निगरानी में रखा गया है।
वार्डवार स्थिति की समीक्षा में पाया गया कि सर्जिकल वार्ड में 16, जनरल वार्ड में 109, पुरुष वार्ड में 26, महिला वार्ड में 11 तथा शिशु वार्ड में 11 मरीज भर्ती थे। ओपीडी में कुल 4,23 मरीजों का निबंधन किया गया तथा 20 आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत किए गए। अस्पताल प्रबंधन द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि भर्ती एवं बाह्य रोगियों को यथासंभव समुचित उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है तथा आवश्यकता अनुसार गंभीर मरीजों को उच्चतर संस्थानों में रेफर किया जाता है।
एम्बुलेंस सुविधा के अंतर्गत कुल 101 मरीजों को अन्य प्रखंडों से सदर अस्पताल लाने-ले जाने तथा 01 मरीज को रिम्स भेजने हेतु वाहन उपलब्ध कराया गया।
किचेन के निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई को और बेहतर बनाए रखने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। मरीजों को निर्धारित मानक के अनुरूप सामान्य भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। एनआरसी केंद्र में कुल 17 कुपोषित बच्चे भर्ती पाए गए, जिन्हें निर्धारित पोषण आहार प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
दवा वितरण कक्ष में वर्तमान में 5,06 प्रकार की दवाएँ उपलब्ध पाई गईं। जन औषधि केंद्र निरीक्षण के समय बंद पाया गया, जिसके संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। जांच मशीनें कार्यशील पाई गईं—कुल 26 मरीजों का एक्स-रे एवं 13 मरीजों का सीटी स्कैन किया गया था।
पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों की नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने हेतु उपस्थिति पंजी का निरीक्षण किया गया। अनुपस्थित पाए गए कर्मियों से कारण पृच्छा करने के निर्देश दिए गए। आकस्मिक उपस्थिति पंजी संधारित पाया गया। अस्पताल परिसर में कुल 46 सीसीटीवी कैमरे कार्यरत पाए गए तथा किसी भी प्रकार का शैडो एरिया नहीं पाया गया।
अस्पताल परिसर को स्वच्छ, सुव्यवस्थित एवं दुर्गंधमुक्त बनाए रखने हेतु विशेष निर्देश दिए गए।
