गुमला का समग्र आजीविका मॉडल बना अध्ययन का केंद्र, प्रबंधन संस्थानों के विद्यार्थियों ने किया भ्रमण

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में सीमित संसाधनों में समग्र एवं सतत आजीविका मॉडल विकसित करने की दिशा में गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा किए गए प्रयास अब शैक्षणिक अध्ययन का विषय बन रहे हैं। ग्रामीण आय वृद्धि, महिला सशक्तिकरण, उद्यमिता संवर्धन एवं कुपोषण उन्मूलन को एकीकृत दृष्टिकोण से जोड़ते हुए जिले में बहुआयामी पहल संचालित की जा रही हैं।
जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में स्थापित रागी प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट इस मॉडल की प्रमुख कड़ी है, जिसके अंतर्गत किसानों को मिलेट (रागी) की खेती हेतु प्रोत्साहन, प्रशिक्षण, हैंडहोल्डिंग सपोर्ट, संग्रहण, प्रसंस्करण एवं मार्केटिंग तक संपूर्ण मूल्य श्रृंखला विकसित की गई है। इससे एक ओर किसानों की आय में वृद्धि हुई है, वहीं दूसरी ओर ग्रामीण महिलाओं को प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट एवं विपणन गतिविधियों से जोड़कर रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए गए हैं।

रागी आधारित उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के साथ-साथ दीदी कैफे एवं जोहार मिलेट कैफे जैसे नवाचारों के माध्यम से स्थानीय उत्पादों का मूल्य संवर्धन किया जा रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त पोल्ट्री, मत्स्य, उच्च मूल्य कृषि (HVA), सिंचाई प्रणाली सुदृढ़ीकरण तथा अन्य सामुदायिक उद्यम, जो ग्रामीण महिलाओं के समूहों द्वारा संचालित हैं, भी इस समग्र मॉडल का हिस्सा हैं।

इन्हीं बहुआयामी गतिविधियों का अध्ययन करने हेतु 16 एवं 17 फरवरी को Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), रांची के फाइनेंशियल मैनेजमेंट दल ने डॉ. अराना कौसर के नेतृत्व में गुमला का भ्रमण किया। टीम ने गुमला हाट, पलाश आजीविका दीदी कैफे, जोहार रागी प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर, बसिया पोल्ट्री यूनिट एवं मत्स्य पहल का अवलोकन किया।

इसी क्रम में 25 फरवरी को XISS के मार्केटिंग मैनेजमेंट विद्यार्थियों का दल, डॉ. पिनाकी घोष के नेतृत्व में, जिले के भ्रमण पर आया। टीम ने कलेक्टरेट स्थित गुमला हाट, पलाश आजीविका दीदी कैफे, रागी प्रोसेसिंग सेंटर तथा बसिया प्रखंड के टेट्रा एवं लालपुर गांव में संचालित पोल्ट्री, HVA एवं सिंचाई गतिविधियों का अध्ययन किया।
गुमला का यह मॉडल दर्शाता है कि कृषि, प्रसंस्करण, विपणन, महिला रोजगार एवं पोषण, इन सभी आयामों को समेकित कर एक स्थायी एवं आत्मनिर्भर आजीविका तंत्र विकसित किया जा सकता है। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सतत मॉनिटरिंग एवं सामुदायिक सहभागिता के माध्यम से इस मॉडल को और सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है, जिससे ग्रामीण परिवारों के जीवन स्तर में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन सुनिश्चित हो सके।
