गुमला : – गुमला जिला में महिला सशक्तिकरण, आय एवं सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में नेशनल एग कोऑर्डिनेशन कमेटी (NECC) ने प्रदान संस्था एवं जेएसएलपीएस के सहयोग से गुमला जिले में अपनी रणनीतिक ‘एग कार्ट योजना’ की शुरुआत की है। इस अवसर पर आयोजित वितरण समारोह में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने 25 महिला उद्यमियों को विशेष रूप से तैयार की गई एग कार्ट सौंपी साथ में जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी अरुण कुमार सिंह एवं डीपीएम JSLPS शैलेन्द्र जेरिका एवं प्रदान से जिला समन्वयक मेराज एवं अजय उपस्थित थे

यह पहल पूरे झारखंड में 600 एग कार्ट स्थापित करने के महत्वाकांक्षी लक्ष्य का हिस्सा है।

इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिलाओं को स्थायी आजीविका प्रदान करना और क्षेत्र में पोषण की कमी को दूर करना है। लगभग 1,00,000 की लागत वाली प्रत्येक एग कार्ट एक “पहियों पर चलता व्यवसाय” है। इनमें शामिल कुकिंग किट: गैस चूल्हा, मिनी एलपीजी सिलेंडर और आवश्यक बर्तन।बुनियादी ढांचा: फोल्डेबल स्टूल और शाम के संचालन हेतु लाइटिंग।
स्वच्छता व्यवस्था: पानी भंडारण और सफाई उपकरण इत्यादि हैं । महिला उद्यमी इन गाड़ियों के माध्यम से आमलेट, उबले अंडे और एग रोल जैसे व्यंजन बेचकर अपनी आय बढ़ा सकेंगी।

इस योजना का एक प्रमुख उद्देश्य झारखंड में प्रति व्यक्ति अंडे की खपत को बढ़ाना है। सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर प्रोटीन युक्त अंडों को आसानी से उपलब्ध कराना एवं दैनिक उपभोग को बढ़ावा देना – NECC का प्रसिद्ध संदेश दोहराना: “संडे हो या मंडे, रोज़ खाओ अंडे।”
गुमला में 25 कार्ट का वितरण केवल शुरुआत है। इस मॉडल को राज्य भर में 600 कार्ट तक विस्तारित किया जाएगा, एवं सेकंड लॉट में और भी महिला उद्यमियों को इसमें शामिल किया जाएगा जिससे महिला नेतृत्व वाले फूड स्टॉल का एक नेटवर्क बनेगा।यह पहल SHE (Self-Help Entrepreneur) Marts Mission के अनुरूप है जिसका उद्देश्य गुमला जिले में महिला-नेतृत्व वाले उद्यमों को बढ़ावा देना है।
