गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन एवं सतत मॉनिटरिंग में आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के औरापठ गांव में नीति आयोग द्वारा पोषित “पाथ टू एडवांसमेंट एंड होलिस्टिक एक्शन फॉर लाइवलीहुड इन औरापाठ (PAHAL)” परियोजना का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन जारी है। परियोजना का उद्देश्य विशेष रूप से PVTG समुदाय के परिवारों के समग्र एवं स्थायी विकास को सुनिश्चित करना है।
इसी क्रम में औरापाठ, डुमरी में ‘पहल’ परियोजना अंतर्गत मुर्गी पालन गतिविधि के तहत 15 PVTG परिवारों के बीच जीविकोपार्जन वृद्धि हेतु मुर्गियों का वितरण किया गया। कार्यक्रम का क्रियान्वयन नीति आयोग द्वारा, जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में आईएसडीजी रिसर्च फाउंडेशन, राँची के सहयोग से किया गया।
प्रत्येक चयनित परिवार को देसी नस्ल की 100 मुर्गियाँ, 100 किलोग्राम मुर्गी चारा, 2 ड्रिंकर एवं 2 फीडर उपलब्ध कराए गए। साथ ही प्रत्येक लाभुक के निवास स्थल पर डिस्प्ले बोर्ड स्थापित किया गया है, जिससे परियोजना की पहचान एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित हो सके। मुर्गी पालन से संबंधित लाभुकों को पूर्व में व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया गया है, ताकि वे वैज्ञानिक पद्धति से पालन कर आय में वृद्धि कर सकें।
उल्लेखनीय है कि ‘पहल’ परियोजना के अंतर्गत औरापाठ क्षेत्र में बुनियादी सिंचाई अवसंरचना को सुदृढ़ करने के साथ-साथ कृषि एवं पशुपालन आधारित गतिविधियों को चरणबद्ध रूप से बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। परियोजना के तहत कुल 43 PVTG परिवारों को स्थायी आजीविका से जोड़ने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित है।
कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर डुमरी प्रखंड की प्रखंड प्रमुख जीवंती एक्का की उपस्थिति रही। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा परियोजना की नियमित समीक्षा कर इसके प्रभावी एवं परिणामोन्मुख क्रियान्वयन को सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है, ताकि औरापाठ क्षेत्र का समग्र एवं दीर्घकालिक विकास संभव हो सके।
