साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी आमजन की समस्याएँ, त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत एवं सामुदायिक समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्राप्त आवेदनों का निष्पादन प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समयबद्ध एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

जन सुनवाई के दौरान गुमला इस्लामपुर निवासी मो. अफरीदी ने गंभीर बीमारी एवं आवश्यक ऑपरेशन के संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए आयुष्मान कार्ड बनवाने हेतु सहयोग की मांग की।
विशुनपुर निवासी मुनि देवी ने बताया कि उनके पति के निधन (वर्ष 2025) के पश्चात बच्चों की पढ़ाई में आर्थिक कठिनाई उत्पन्न हो रही है तथा उन्होंने अपने पुत्र का कक्षा 8 में किसी सरकारी आवासीय विद्यालय में नामांकन कराने का आग्रह किया।
वहीं, घाघरा निवासी एक छोटी सी बच्ची करिश्मा साहू ने अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर होने की बात रखते हुए कक्षा 6 में कस्तूरबा गांधी आवासीय विद्यालय गुमला में अपना नामांकन कराने हेतु सहयोग की मांग की।

इसके अतिरिक्त, रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत चिरगाँव (पोस्ट-लुरू) स्थित चाला अखड़ा खोड़हा ग्राम शाखा द्वारा दिनांक 02 मार्च 2026 को फुटकल डांड़, ग्राम चिरगाँव में आयोजित होने वाले पारंपरिक फागुन जतरा के संबंध में भी आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। अवगत कराया गया कि जतरा में पारंपरिक पहान, पुजार, बैगा एवं पहनभरा द्वारा पूजा-विधान सम्पन्न किया जाएगा तथा लगभग 20 खोड़हा दलों द्वारा पारंपरिक जनजातीय सांस्कृतिक नृत्य एवं संगीत कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए जाएंगे। इस आयोजन में हजारों श्रद्धालुओं एवं गणमान्य व्यक्तियों की उपस्थिति संभावित है। उन्होंने उपायुक्त से आर्थिक सहयोग की मांग की

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि व्यक्तिगत आवेदनों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा फागुन जतरा के आयोजन के दौरान आवश्यक विधि-व्यवस्था एवं समन्वय बनाए रखने हेतु समुचित व्यवस्था की जाए।

जिला प्रशासन आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान एवं सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं के संरक्षण हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है।
