उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने की आरटीई एक्ट के तहत निजी विद्यालयों में 25% आरक्षित सीटों पर नामांकन प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त, गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज शुक्रवार को निःशुल्क एवं अनिवार्य बाल शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2009 की धारा 12(1)(सी) के अंतर्गत जिले के मान्यता प्राप्त निजी विद्यालयों की प्रवेश कक्षा में 25 प्रतिशत सीट में अभिवंचित समूह एवं कमजोर वर्ग के बच्चों के नामांकन प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा की गई।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां द्वारा बताया गया कि जिले के कुल 19 मान्यता प्राप्त निजी विद्यालयों में कुल 226 सीट पर अभिवंचित समूह एवं कमजोर वर्ग के बीपीएल बच्चों के नामांकन होने हैं । समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त द्वारा डीएसई को निर्देश दिया गया कि यदि किसी मान्यताप्राप्त निजी विद्यालय द्वारा प्रवेश कक्षा की 25 प्रतिशत सीट पर आरटीई एक्ट के तहत सुरक्षित सीट पर नामांकन नहीं लिया जाता है तो संबंधित विद्यालय पर करवाई करते हुए सूचित किया जाए।

उपायुक्त द्वारा यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि वर्ष 2026-27 में इस प्रावधान अंतर्गत नामांकन हेतु 15 मार्च तक आवश्यक रूप से सभी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर ली जाए । यदि कोई विद्यालय एंट्री क्लास से हटकर अन्य क्लास में नामांकन लेते हैं तो उन्हें भी 25 प्रतिशत की सीमा के अनुपालन के निर्देश दिए गए।

ज्ञात हो कि इस प्रावधान के अंतर्गत निजी विद्यालय में निःशुल्क शिक्षा का प्रावधान है, जिसकी सरकार द्वारा प्रतिपूर्ति की जाती है । सभी विद्यालयों को इस एक्ट के अंतर्गत नामांकित सभी बच्चों की सूची दो दिनों में जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक कार्यालय में जमा करने का निर्देश दिया गया ताकि राशि की प्रतिपूर्ति की जा सके ।

आज की बैठक में मान्यताप्राप्त कुल 19 निजी विद्यालय में से 11 निजी विद्यालयों से प्राचार्य / शिक्षक उपस्थित हुए । उपायुक्त द्वारा इसे गम्भीरता से लेते हुए अनुपस्थित रहने वाले विद्यालय के प्राचार्य को उपायुक्त स्तर से स्पष्टीकरण के लिए निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त, गुमला ने आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर अभिभावकों से अपील की है कि वे अपने बच्चों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए इस महत्वपूर्ण अवसर का लाभ उठाते हुए निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत समय पर आवेदन कर निजी विद्यालय में निःशुल्क शिक्षा का लाभ उठाएं । उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा प्रत्येक बच्चे का अधिकार है और आरटीई अधिनियम के माध्यम से आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर एवं वंचित वर्ग के बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा से जोड़ने का यह एक सशक्त माध्यम है।

*इस प्रावधान के तहत शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 हेतु निम्नलिखित विद्यालयों में नामांकन लिया जाना है:*
