उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला कल्याण विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज समाहरणालय सभागार में कल्याण विभाग द्वारा क्रियान्वित विभिन्न योजनाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में छात्रवृत्ति योजना, साइकिल योजना, मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना, पीएम-जनमन, डीए-जेगुआ, पीएमजेवीके, एससीए टू टीएसपी, पीएमएएजीवाई, वनाधिकार अधिनियम (FRA), संविधान की धारा 275(1) अंतर्गत योजनाएं, आवासीय विद्यालयों में नामांकन, छात्रावास निर्माण/मरम्मति/जीर्णोद्धार सहित अन्य बिंदुओं की क्रमवार समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में बिजली, सड़क एवं जल जीवन मिशन से संबंधित योजनाओं की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई। संबंधित अभियंताओं को कार्यादेश के अनुरूप सभी योजनाओं को निर्धारित समय-सीमा में पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया। जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी को योजनाओं का नियमित प्रवेक्षण सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

पीएम-जनमन एवं आईटीडीए अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की भी प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को लक्ष्य के अनुरूप कार्य में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया गया।
बैठक में 08.03.2026 को कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित आवासीय विद्यालयों में नामांकन हेतु आयोजित प्रवेश परीक्षा की तैयारियों की भी समीक्षा की गई। जानकारी दी गई कि परीक्षा दो पालियों में आयोजित होगी। प्रथम पाली में वर्ग 6 में नामांकन हेतु परीक्षा पूर्वाह्न 11:00 बजे से अपराह्न 1:00 बजे तक आयोजित की जाएगी। द्वितीय पाली में वर्ग 6, 7 एवं 8 में आश्रम सहित अन्य आवासीय विद्यालयों में नामांकन हेतु परीक्षा आयोजित होगी। परीक्षा केंद्र के रूप में संत पैट्रिक, संत इग्नासुस एवं उर्सुलाईन कॉन्वेंट विद्यालय निर्धारित किए गए हैं। उपायुक्त ने परीक्षा के सफल एवं पारदर्शी आयोजन हेतु सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में गुणवत्ता, समयबद्धता एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि लक्षित लाभुकों को योजनाओं का समुचित लाभ प्राप्त हो सके।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन , सहित कल्याण विभाग के अन्य सम्बंधित कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
