गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की सघन जांच

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला शहर के विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों एवं आइसक्रीम निर्माण इकाइयों में सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मेसर्स नसीम होटल, मेसर्स मो. साहिद एवं मेसर्स जय माता आइसक्रीम सहित अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में एक आइसक्रीम निर्माण इकाई में आइसक्रीम में सैक्रिन का प्रयोग पाया गया, जिस पर संबंधित आइसक्रीम को मौके पर ही नष्ट करा दिया गया तथा संचालकों को भविष्य में प्रतिबंधित पदार्थों का प्रयोग नहीं करने की सख्त चेतावनी दी गई।
इसके अलावा नसीम होटल में साफ-सफाई में सुधार करने तथा खाद्य पदार्थों के निर्माण के दौरान एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर के उपयोग के निर्देश दिए गए। खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
