कुटीर उद्योग मैं परिवर्तित हो चुका है किराए का मकान

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय एवं आसपास के क्षेत्र में घर मालिकों द्वारा कभी भी किसी भी वक्त घर से निकलने की धमकी देखकर, अवैध किराए के वसूली की जाती हैं,और निजी आवासीय टैक्स दिया जा रहा हैं, और निजी आवास में कमर्शियल विभागीय कार्यालय और दुकान के रूप में किराया किराए पर मकान उपलब्ध कराई जाती है, क्योंकि
संबंधित विभाग के लोगों से मिली भगत और सांठगाठ कर प्रत्येक वर्ष, नए एग्रीमेंट में 10% बढ़ोतरी कर अवैध किराया वसूला जा रहा हैं और नगर परिषद का राजस्व टैक्स की चोरी की जा रही है, देखन हारा कोई नहीं, *गुमला उपयुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित से भुक्तभोगी किराएदारों ने न्याय की गुहार लगाई है*
गुमला नगर परिषद् की अक्रमण्यता एवं कार्य शिथिलता के कारण, जिला मुख्यालय गुमला एंव आसपास के क्षेत्रों में ज्वलंत मुद्दा यह हैं की विभिन्न व्यक्तियों द्वारा निजी आवास ( रेजिडेंशियल ) मकान बनाकर और जरूरतमंद किरायेदारों को ऑफिस, आवास दुकान और बिजली उपलब्ध कराकर , सरकारी रेट नहीं बल्कि नाजायज और अवैध रूप से किराया की वसूली की जा रही है, आवास मालिकों द्वारा अपने निजी आवासों को किराए पर उपलब्ध कराकर मनमाने ढंग से प्रारंभिक किराया जिसमें, मात्र एक छोटा हॉल दो छोटा – छोटा मुश्किल से 12 / 12 का रूम, एक बाथरूम और एक किचन का किराया मनमानी ढंग से, एक वर्ष का एग्रीमेंट कराकर 6,000 रुपया वसूला जा रहा है तो कही कही ₹8000 तक अवैध किराया वसूला जा रहा है जो सरासर गलत और नाजायज है, पर तत्काल जिला प्रशासन और संबंधित विभाग द्वारा कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए, क्योंकि तत्काल अपने प्रभाव से घर मालिक द्वारा उक्त घर से निकाल देने की ब्लैकमेलिंग करते हुए नाजायज पैसे की असली की जा रही है,और तो और गुमला नगर परिषद क्षेत्रीय में आसपास के क्षेत्र में आवासीय टैक्स देखकर कमर्शियल परिसर कार्यालय और दुकान का मनमाना किराया वसूल जा रहा हैं और नगर परिषद गुमला का राजस्व की चोरी की जा रही है, और प्रत्येक वर्ष अलग से 10% किराया बढ़ाया जा रहा है , फलस्वरुप उक्त किराये के मकान और दुकान में रह रहे किराएदारों को मजबूर होकर घर, दुकान के किराये के अलावे ₹7 पर यूनिट के हिसाब से बिजली बिल का भुगतान भी अलग से किया जा रहा है, फिर भी कमला की बात यह है कि नगर परिषद गुमला मूकदर्शक बनी हुई है और गुमला नगर परिषद और बिजली विभाग के संबंधित लोगो के बिना साठगांठ से यह यह संभव ही नहीं है, तभी तो दशकों से उक्त अवैध धंधा फल फूल रहा है,और भुक्त भोगी किराएदार को समय-समय पर घर से निकाल देने की धमकी भी दी जाती है, किराएदार जाए तो जाए कहाँ, किराएदारों ने गुमला जिला प्रशासनिक अधिकारी गुमला उपयुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित से न्याय की गुहार लगायी हैं क्योंकि मार्च माह में प्रत्येक वर्ष की भाती, इस वर्ष भी नए एग्रीमेंट में कराया बढ़ाया जाएगा और मनमाना अवैध किराया और बिजली बिल का अधिक पैसा वसूला जाएगा, अतः जिला प्रशासन उपयुक्त गुमला एवं नगर परिषद गुमला द्वारा आवासीय किराया आवास, दुकान और बिजली बिल का दर का सरकारी रेट सुनिश्चित करते हुए, संबंधित किरायेदारों को उक्त जानकारी उपलब्ध कराया जाय , ताकि संबंधित आवास मलिक द्वारा आवास दुकान और बिजली बिल का अवैध पैसा किराएदारों से वसूला ना जा सके l
