साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी आमजन की समस्याएँ, त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय के सभागार में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत एवं सामुदायिक समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया।

इस दौरान तिजराज बिल्डकॉन (पार्टनर विकास कुमार साहू एवं दीपक प्रसाद) द्वारा मौजा दलमादी में प्रदत्त पत्थर खनन पट्टा के संदर्भ में रैयत सहमति पत्र की अपूर्णता एवं त्रुटिपूर्ण प्रस्तुतीकरण के आधार पर खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 19 के अंतर्गत कार्रवाई किए जाने का आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया।
इसी क्रम में रामवृत साहु, पिता स्व० शिव शंकर साहु द्वारा कचहरी परिसर में किए गए निर्माण कार्य के एवज में शेष ₹1,00,000/- भुगतान नहीं होने, विभागीय स्तर पर अनियमितता होने तथा लघु सिंचाई,विभाग गुमला के कार्यपालक अभियंता द्वारा भुगतान में विलंब किए जाने के संबंध में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई।
वहीं ग्राम भरनो, थाना भरनो, जिला गुमला निवासी स्व० हीरालाल मारवाड़ी से संबंधित प्रकरण में आवेदक द्वारा ऑनलाइन परिसोधन पोर्टल के माध्यम से आवेदन करने के बावजूद तकनीकी त्रुटि के कारण खतियान एवं रजिस्टर-2 में नाम अंकित नहीं होने तथा आवेदन लंबित रहने की समस्या उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखी गई।

इसके अतिरिक्त मौजा भरनो, थाना भरनो, जिला गुमला स्थित भूमि के वैध स्वामित्व के बावजूद अंतर्गत म्यूटेशन (नामांतरण) लंबित रहने के संबंध में भी आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया।
साथ ही ग्राम पंचायत लुंगटू, प्रखंड बसिया की मुखिया द्वारा कुलुसेरा तानालोया स्थित कोयल नदी के बालू घाट को पुनः जिला सर्वेक्षण प्रतिवेदन (DSR) में शामिल करने एवं 100 CFT बालू चालान स्वीकृत करने की मांग की गई, जिससे स्थानीय स्तर पर विकास कार्य एवं रोजगार को गति मिल सके।
उपायुक्त ने सभी प्राप्त आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्रत्येक मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समयबद्ध एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान का एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच है, जहां प्रत्येक आवेदन पर त्वरित कार्रवाई प्रशासन की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी है।
