अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध जिला प्रशासन की बड़ी कार्रवाई, कई वाहन जब्त

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त, गुमला के निर्देशानुसार जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स द्वारा जिले में अवैध खनन एवं खनिज परिवहन के विरुद्ध सघन छापामारी अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में विभिन्न थाना क्षेत्रों में लगातार कार्रवाई करते हुए कई वाहनों को जब्त किया गया है तथा संबंधित व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की गई है।
दिनांक 14.03.2026 को बिशुनपुर थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत अवैध बालू खनिज लोड एक हाईवा वाहन (रजि० सं० JH07N-7865) को पकड़ा गया। जांच के दौरान वाहन चालक द्वारा परिवहन से संबंधित कोई वैध कागजात प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया, जिसके पश्चात वाहन को जब्त करते हुए वाहन एवं चालक के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई।
इसी क्रम में दिनांक 16.03.2026 को बसिया थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत अवैध बालू लोड दो ट्रैक्टरों को पकड़ा गया। वहीं दिनांक 17.03.2026 को सिसई थाना क्षेत्र से एक ट्रैक्टर एवं गुमला थाना क्षेत्र से तीन ट्रैक्टरों को अवैध बालू परिवहन करते हुए पकड़कर जब्त किया गया। सभी ट्रैक्टरों पर लगभग 100-100 घनफीट बालू लोड पाया गया। जब्त सभी वाहनों को संबंधित थानों को सुपुर्द करते हुए आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

जिला खनन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि बिना वैध पट्टा अथवा अनुज्ञप्ति के किसी भी प्रकार का खनिज उत्खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन करना दण्डनीय अपराध है। यह कृत्य खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 4 एवं 21 तथा झारखण्ड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली, 2004 के नियम 4 एवं 54 के तहत दंडनीय है।
अवैध खनन से न केवल सरकारी राजस्व की क्षति होती है, बल्कि यह राष्ट्रीय संपदा को भी नुकसान पहुंचाता है। ऐसे मामलों में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध यह अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगा तथा दोषियों के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
