त्योहारों को लेकर खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग अलर्ट, मिलावटखोरों पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आगामी त्योहारों के मद्देनज़र जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के कड़ाई से अनुपालन एवं आमजन के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क हो गया है। उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार तथा अभिहित पदाधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला के मार्गदर्शन में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर सघन निरीक्षण एवं जांच अभियान चलाया गया।

इस विशेष अभियान के तहत शहर के प्रमुख होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, किराना दुकानों एवं तंबाकू उत्पाद विक्रेताओं की गहन जांच की गई। निरीक्षण के दौरान मेसर्स हिंदुस्तान डेयरी एवं मिष्ठान , मेसर्स गुमला टोबैको कंपनी, मेसर्स उर्वशी, सहित कई अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया गया। इसके अलावा बिरसा एग्रो पार्क के आसपास संचालित ठेला-खोमचा एवं अस्थायी खाद्य विक्रेताओं की भी सघन जांच की गई, ताकि किसी भी स्तर पर मिलावटी या अस्वच्छ खाद्य सामग्री की बिक्री को रोका जा सके।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में खाद्य पदार्थों के नमूने भी लिए गए। मेसर्स गुमला टोबैको कंपनी से बिस्कुट तथा मेसर्स हिंदुस्तान डेयरी एवं मिष्ठान से दूध का नमूना संग्रहित कर जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया, ताकि उनकी गुणवत्ता एवं शुद्धता की पुष्टि की जा सके।

जांच के दौरान खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी द्वारा दुकानदारों एवं संचालकों को कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए गए। उन्हें स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया कि खाद्य पदार्थों के निर्माण एवं भंडारण में किसी भी प्रकार के अखाद्य रंग या हानिकारक रसायनों का उपयोग न करें। सभी प्रतिष्ठानों में साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने, खाद्य सामग्री को ढककर रखने, ढक्कनयुक्त डस्टबिन का उपयोग करने तथा खाद्य पदार्थों को ढकने या पैक करने में न्यूज़पेपर का उपयोग नहीं करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया गया।

इसके साथ ही सभी खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं को व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता के नियमों का पालन करने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया। उन्हें एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर अनिवार्य रूप से पहनने तथा खाद्य सामग्री के संपर्क में आने वाले सभी उपकरणों एवं सतहों को नियमित रूप से साफ रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

त्योहारों के दौरान खाद्य पदार्थों की मांग बढ़ने के कारण मिलावटखोरी की संभावना भी बढ़ जाती है। इसे देखते हुए विभाग द्वारा विशेष निगरानी रखी जा रही है और नियमित रूप से छापेमारी एवं जांच अभियान चलाए जाएंगे।

इस दौरान सभी खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं से अपील की गई कि वे किसी भी प्रकार की मिलावटखोरी से दूर रहें और निर्धारित मानकों का पालन करें। साथ ही आम नागरिकों से भी आग्रह किया गया कि वे जागरूक रहें और यदि कहीं भी मिलावटी, एक्सपायरी या संदिग्ध खाद्य सामग्री की बिक्री या निर्माण की सूचना मिले, तो तुरंत खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग को इसकी जानकारी दें।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट रूप से चेतावनी दी कि जांच के दौरान यदि किसी भी प्रतिष्ठान में अनियमितता, मिलावटखोरी या मानकों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो संबंधित के विरुद्ध खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत सख्त विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसमें जुर्माना, लाइसेंस निलंबन अथवा रद्द करने जैसी कार्रवाई भी शामिल हो सकती है।

जिला प्रशासन ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि आमजन को सुरक्षित एवं शुद्ध खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना उनकी प्राथमिकता है, और इसके लिए हर संभव कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगा।
