डेयरी सहकारी समिति के सदस्यों को छोड़कर सभी दूध विक्रेताओं के लिए लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण अनिवार्य

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के कड़ाई से अनुपालन एवं आमजन के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क हो गया है। उपायुक्त गुमला के निर्देशानुसार अभिहित पदाधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला के मार्गदर्शन में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में दूध एवं दुग्ध उत्पादों का सघन निरीक्षण एवं जांच अभियान चलाया गया।
इस विशेष अभियान के तहत दूध एवं दुग्ध उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता की जांच पर विशेष जोर दिया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान मेसर्स श्री राम डेयरी, नागफनी एवं मेसर्स रोहित डेयरी फार्म, करमडीपा से दूध के नमूने लेकर जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए। साथ ही दुकानदारों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के तहत आवश्यक पंजीकरण एवं लाइसेंस रखने के सख्त निर्देश दिए गए।
अभियान के दौरान अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि डेयरी सहकारी समितियों के सदस्यों को छोड़कर सभी दूध उत्पादकों एवं दूध विक्रेताओं के लिए पंजीकरण या लाइसेंस लेना अनिवार्य है। बिना लाइसेंस या पंजीकरण के खाद्य व्यवसाय संचालित करने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में दुकानों में साफ-सफाई, खाद्य पदार्थों के सुरक्षित भंडारण, तापमान नियंत्रण एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों के पालन की भी गहन जांच की गई। अधिकारियों ने दुकानदारों को जागरूक करते हुए बताया कि उपभोक्ताओं को शुद्ध एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना उनकी जिम्मेदारी है।
प्रशासन ने चेतावनी दी कि किसी भी प्रकार की मिलावट या लापरवाही पाए जाने पर संबंधित व्यवसायियों के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। साथ ही आमजन से अपील की गई है कि वे किसी भी संदिग्ध खाद्य सामग्री की सूचना तुरंत संबंधित विभाग को दें, ताकि समय रहते कार्रवाई कर जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
