जन स्वास्थ्य को लेकर प्रशासन सतर्क, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में गुमला के लक्ष्मण नगर फसिया स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का सघन निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान केंद्र में साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था, बच्चों को उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे भोजन की गुणवत्ता एवं भंडारण व्यवस्था का गहनता से जायजा लिया गया। खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने आंगनबाड़ी सेविका एवं सहायिका को परिसर में नियमित रूप से स्वच्छता बनाए रखने, रसोईघर को साफ-सुथरा रखने तथा खाद्य पदार्थों को ढककर सुरक्षित तरीके से रखने के निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान केंद्र में उपलब्ध खाद्य सामग्री की जांच की गई, जिसमें किसी भी प्रकार के एक्सपायरी उत्पाद का उपयोग नहीं करने की सख्त हिदायत दी गई। साथ ही, सभी खाद्य पदार्थों की एक्सपायरी तिथि की नियमित जांच करने एवं समय-समय पर स्टॉक का सत्यापन करने को कहा गया।

पेयजल की गुणवत्ता को लेकर भी विशेष जोर दिया गया तथा निर्देश दिया गया कि बच्चों को केवल स्वच्छ एवं सुरक्षित पेयजल ही उपलब्ध कराया जाए। इसके लिए पानी की गुणवत्ता की नियमित जांच कराने तथा साफ बर्तनों में पानी संग्रहित करने की बात कही गई।

इसके अतिरिक्त, वहां वितरित करने वाले पौष्टिक आहार का सैंपल लेकर जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया, ताकि खाद्य सामग्री की गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा मानकों की पुष्टि की जा सके।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि बच्चों को दिए जाने वाले भोजन के पोषण स्तर का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए तथा सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित मानकों का पूर्णतः पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र बच्चों के समुचित शारीरिक एवं मानसिक विकास का महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र है, इसलिए यहां किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण के अंत में संबंधित कर्मियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि सभी नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करें, अन्यथा आवश्यकतानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
