अवैध नशे का पर्याय बने बदनाम *महुआ फूल*के दिन अब बहुत जल्द बहुरने वाल हैं
गुमला : – गुमला जिले के विभिन्न ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों, के पहाड़ – पर्वत और जंगलों में भी भरें पड़े हैं, और काफी संख्या में , महुआ के पेड़ देते हैं महुआ का *फूल*, फिलहाल उक्त नशे के पर्याय बने – बदनाम महुआ के फूलों से बनायें जाते हैं , अवैध महुआ चुलईया दारू ( शराब ) जो पूरे गुमला जिले के सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो के अधिकांश घरों में महिलाओं द्वारा अपने हाथों से तैयार किया जाता है, अवैध महुआ चुलईया दरू ( शराब ) जो एक कुटीर उद्योग के रूप में विकसित हो चुका है , उक्त अवैध महुआ चुलईया दारू (शराब ) उक्त अवैध धंधे का व्यापार चारों तरफ फैल चुका हैं *जाल*, और उक्त तैयार महुआ चुलईया दारू ( शराब ) सड़क किनारे लाइन होटल और जिला मुख्यालय के कुछ तथाकथित होटल में भी उक्त अवैध शराब धड़ल्ले से बेची जा रही है, और चमत्कार इस बात का हैं की दशकों से संबंधित उत्पाद विभाग द्वारा उक्त अवैध शराब की बिक्री पर रोक नहीं लगा सकी है,,,,, क्यों ????? उक्त रहस्य का रहस्य और उक्त चमत्कार का रहस्य का रहस्य और राज जानना चाहती है गुमलावासी,,,,,????? फिलहाल बताया जा रहा है की महुआ फूल के दिन बहुरने .वाले हैं, ( नहीं तो एक कहावत चरितार्थ है की, *शाम अस्त और झारखंड मस्त* ) पर अब ऐसा नहीं होगा, ऐसे संकेत प्राप्त हो रहे हैं, बताया जा रहा है कि झारखंड सरकार के द्वारा झारखंड में फूड ग्रेन महुआ का उत्पादन शुरू कराया जा चुका है और उक्त महुआ ( फूल ) को नेशनल और इंटरनेशनल मार्केट में भेजने की तैयारी चल रही है। इसके लिए पलामू टाइगर रिजर्व और झामकोफीड ने मिलकर इसके – उत्पादन को लेकर एक योजना तैयार -की है। शुरूआती चरण में, पलामू – टाइगर रिजर्व में 200 पेड़ों को – एडॉप्ट किया गया है, जिसमें बढ़निया गांव को इसका नोडल ग्राम बनाया गया है। इसके लिए ग्रामीणों को फूड ग्रेन महुआ के उत्पादन की ट्रेनिंग दी गई है
▶ फूड ग्रेन महुआ का शुरू हुआ उत्पादन
प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट की भी होगी स्थापना
और एसओपी बताए गए हैं। जिसके बाद ग्रामीण इसका महुआ फूल का उत्पादन कर रहे हैं। महुआ का इस्तेमाल चॉकलेट और विस्कुट जैसी कई डिश और पकवान बनाने में किया जाएगा और इसे बाजार में उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। पलामू टाइगर रिजर्व के
इलाके में एक महुआ प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट भी स्थापित किया जाएगा। झारखंड के विभिन्न सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र, पहाड़, पर्वत, और जंगल इलाकों में मार्च में पेड़ों से महुआ के फूल गिरने लगते हैं।
जिसके बाद ग्रामीण ने फूल चुनते हैं, लेकिन अक्सर उनमें मिट्टी और धूल मिल जाती है। इस तरह के महुआ से हाइजीनिक डिश बनाना बहुत
मुश्किल है। फूड ग्रेन महुआ के लिए स्पेशल प्रोसिजर अपनाया गया है। इसके तहत पलामू टाइगर रिजर्व में ग्रामीणों के बीच जाल का वितरण किया गया है। महुआ के फूल इसी जाल पर गिरते हैं, जिससे धूल और मिट्टी के कण फूल में नहीं मिल पाते। फिर इस महुआ को इसी जाल पर सुखाया जाता है। सूखने के बाद महुआ फूड ब्रेन के रूप में तैयार होता है। जिससे हाइजीनिक डिश तैयार किया जाता है। बाजार में ग्रामीण महुआ आमतौर पर 30 से 35 रुपये प्रति किलो बेचते हैं।
पलामू टाइगर रिजर्व फूड ग्रेन महुआ 70 रुपये प्रति किलो खरीद रहा है। जो गांव वालों से इको डेवलपमेंट समिति के जरिए खरीदा जाता है। झारखंड में पहली बार फूड ग्रेन महुआ का उत्पादन शुरू हुआ है। गांव के लोग इसे लेकर उत्साहित हैं। पहली बार गांव के लोगों को इसकी ज्यादा कीमत मिलेगी। अब गांव के लोग पेड़ों के नीचे जाल लगाकर महुआ इकट्ठा कर रहे हैं। पलामू टाइगर रिजर्व इलाके में 180 गांव हैं। हर गांव के पास करीब 1,000 महुआ के पेड़ हैं।
