गैस आपूर्ति की कीमत अब धीरे-धीरे पटरी पर लौटने लगी है, उपभोक्ता पहले से राहत महसूस करने लगे हैं

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय सहित आसपास के इलाकों में पिछले कुछ समय से जारी रसोई गैस की किल्लत अब धीरे-धीरे कम होती नजर आ रही है। गैस आपूर्ति की स्थिति पटरी पर लौटने लगी है। जिससे उपभोक्ताओं को राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है। हालांकि कुछ क्षेत्रों में समय पर डिलीवरी अथवा गाड़ी नहीं पहुंचने के कारण अभी भी अफरा-तफरी और रोड जाम का माहौल है। लेकिन प्रशासन और गैस एजेंसियों का दावा है कि जल्द ही व्यवस्था पूरी तरह सामान्य हो जाएगी। अब पहले की तरह घंटों लंबी कतारें और आपाधापी की स्थिति कम हुई है। हालांकि ग्रामीण और कुछ शहरी पथों पर समय पर वाहन नहीं पहुंचने से जाम जैसी नौबत आ रही है। इस पर गैस एजेंसियों का तर्क है कि प्रतिदिन गैस से भरी गाड़ियां पहुंच रही हैं। जिससे स्टॉक की स्थिति सुधर रही है। एजेंसियों ने उपभोक्ताओं से संयम बरतने की अपील करते हुए कहा है कि जैसे ही वितरण व्यवस्था पूरी तरह दुरुस्त होगी। पहले की तरह घर-घर गैस पहुंचाने का काम सुचारू रूप से शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। गैस संकट और वितरण में हो रही अनियमितताओं को लेकर नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष शकुंतला उरांव और उपाध्यक्ष रमेश कुमार चीनी ने एसडीओ राजीव नीरज से औपचारिक मुलाकात की। जनप्रतिनिधियों ने एसडीओ को अवगत कराया कि गैस एजेंसियों का पूर्ण सहयोग उपभोक्ताओं और जनप्रतिनिधियों को नहीं मिल रहा है। वितरण प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता की कमी के कारण आम जनता परेशान है। उन्होंने मांग की कि एजेंसियों को कड़े निर्देश दिए जाएं और पूरी प्रक्रिया की प्रशासन स्तर पर निगरानी की जाए। जनप्रतिनिधियों ने कमर्शियल गैस की कमी का मुद्दा भी उठाया। बताया कि इस किल्लत का सबसे बुरा असर छोटे व्यवसायियों पर पड़ा है। कई गैस आधारित होटल बंद होने की कगार पर हैं। जबकि ठेले-खोमचे चलाने वाले गरीब दुकानदारों का रोजगार पूरी तरह ठप हो चुका है। इससे स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था और आम लोगों की आजीविका प्रभावित हो रही है। एसडीओ ने भरोसा दिलाया कि प्रशासन पूरी स्थिति पर पैनी नजर रख रहा है। मां शेरावाली इंडेन गैस एजेंसी ने सभी उपभोक्ताओं को सूचित किया है कि जिन कंज्यूमर्स की गैस बुकिंग मार्च माह की है। उनका फाइनेंशियल इयर में बदलाव के कारण नई इनवॉइसिंग की गई है। इसके चलते पुरानी डीएसी एक्सपायर हो चुकी है तथा सभी उपभोक्ताओं के रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर नई डीएसी भेज दी गई है। सभी से अनुरोध है कि गैस का भुगतान नई डीएसी के माध्यम से ही करें। साथ ही यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि वार्डों में पार्षद की निगरानी में गैस वितरण कराया जा रहा है ताकि कोई परेशानी वितरण प्रकिया में न उठें।
