राशन वितरण के दौरान आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाने का निर्णय

06 अप्रैल से 25 अप्रैल तक सभी पंचायतों में पीडीएस दुकानों पर शिविर आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार गुमला जिला में आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत शत-प्रतिशत पात्र लाभुकों को आच्छादित करने के उद्देश्य से विशेष अभियान चलाया जाएगा। वर्तमान में जिले में कुल राशन कार्डधारियों का 58 प्रतिशत ही आयुष्मान कार्ड बन पाया है। कुल 8.8 लाख राशनकार्ड लाभुकों में से लगभग 4.9 लाख लाभुकों को ही अब तक योजना से आच्छादित किया जा सका है, जबकि सभी पात्र लाभुकों को योजना से जोड़ना लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।
इसी क्रम में जिले के सभी प्रखण्डों के सभी पंचायतों में राशन वितरण के समय व्यापक स्तर पर आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण हेतु शिविर आयोजित किए जाएंगे। यह शिविर दिनांक 06 अप्रैल 2026 से 25 अप्रैल 2026 तक सभी जन वितरण प्रणाली (पीडीएस) दुकानों पर संचालित होंगे। इन शिविरों में वीएलई के माध्यम से लाभुकों का ऑन-स्पॉट आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाया जाएगा ताकि अधिकाधिक लोगों को योजना का लाभ मिल सके।
अभियान के सफल संचालन हेतु प्रखण्ड स्तर पर सभी प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी तथा पंचायत स्तर पर सभी पंचायत सचिव को नोडल पदाधिकारी नामित किया गया है। जिला स्तर पर निगरानी एवं अनुश्रवण के लिए सिविल सर्जन, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी तथा जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधन इकाई, एनएचएम, गुमला को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रम के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन एवं अनुश्रवण हेतु उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला को वरीय पदाधिकारी नामित किया गया है।
सभी वीएलई को सक्रिय पीडीएस डीलरों के साथ टैग किया गया है ताकि राशन वितरण के दौरान आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए अधिक-से-अधिक पात्र लाभुकों का आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
सभी पात्र लाभुकों से अपील है कि वे अपने नजदीकी पीडीएस दुकान पर निर्धारित तिथि के अनुसार पहुंचकर आयुष्मान कार्ड बनवाएं और योजना का लाभ अवश्य उठाएं।
