गुमला : – गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय परिसर में झालसा के निर्देशानुसार 25 अप्रैल को होने वाली चेक बाउंस से संबंधित अगली विशेष लोक अदालत के सफल आयोजन को लेकर पीडीजे ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र की अध्यक्षता में न्यायिक अधिकारी, अधिवक्ताओं व बैंक के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ चेक बाउंस के लंबित मामलों के निष्पादन के लिए एक विशेष बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में लंबित मामलों का सुलह समझौते के आधार पर निष्पादन के लिए आपसी समन्वय बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया गया। अध्यक्ष ने बताया कि विशेष लोक अदालत का मुख्य उद्देश्य आपसी सुलह व समझौते के माध्यम से मामलों का त्वरित निपटारा करना है। जिसमें आम जनता को सस्ता और सुलभ न्याय मिल सके। उन्होंने सभी स्टेक होल्डरों को निर्देश दिया कि अधिक से अधिक मामलों को चिह्नित कर विशेष लोक अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया जाए। अंत में सभी स्टेक होल्डरों ने विशेष लोक अदालत के सफल आयोजन के लिए पूर्ण सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया।
