दूर-दराज से आए नागरिकों की समस्याएं सुन त्वरित निष्पादन के निर्देश

गुमला : – उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज उप विकास आयुक्त, दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखण्डों से पहुंचे नागरिकों ने अपनी-अपनी समस्याओं से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान रोजगार, पेंशन, राशन, भूमि विवाद, मुआवजा भुगतान, सामाजिक सुरक्षा एवं अन्य प्रशासनिक मामलों से संबंधित कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जांच कर शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में फुलवारीशरीफ (पटना) निवासी नजमा खातून द्वारा सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ एवं पेंशन भुगतान से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। वहीं गुमला प्रखण्ड अंतर्गत खोरा जामटोली के मोहना उरांव ने भूमि मुआवजा भुगतान से जुड़ी समस्या रखी। गुमला प्रखण्ड के बड़ा लोरो निवासी नवीन दूबे द्वारा भूमि विवाद से संबंधित आवेदन दिया गया। घाघरा प्रखण्ड के तुंजो सेमरटोली निवासी बिरसो देवी ने अनुकम्पा आधारित रोजगार हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। गुमला प्रखण्ड से हेमा देवी द्वारा लंबित मानदेय भुगतान से संबंधित मामला उठाया गया। पालकोट रोड, गुमला निवासी रूकमनी देवी द्वारा आजीविका से जुड़ी समस्या रखी गई। मुरकुंडा पंचायत (गुमला) की शांति टाना भगत द्वारा पारिवारिक भरण-पोषण एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया।
उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं पारदर्शी समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है। उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्राप्त आवेदनों पर संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्रवाई करते हुए निर्धारित समय-सीमा में निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु प्रखंड/अंचल/अनुमंडल एवं जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में भाग लेकर प्रशासनिक सेवाओं का लाभ उठाएं।
