सामान्य अनुकंपा समिति – जिला स्क्रीनिंग समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न, विभिन्न प्रशासनिक प्रस्तावों पर लिए गए महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज सामान्य अनुकंपा समिति एवं जिला स्क्रीनिंग समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त प्रस्तावों पर विस्तृत एवं बिंदुवार समीक्षा करते हुए नियमानुसार आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला राजीव नीरज, डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी गुमला प्रदीप कुमार, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, पुलिस विभाग के प्रतिनिधि सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में सामान्य अनुकंपा के आधार पर प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार करते हुए अधिकांश मामलों में स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई, वहीं उग्रवादी हिंसा से संबंधित अनुकंपा नियुक्ति के मामलों की समीक्षा करते हुए एक प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई तथा अन्य मामलों में आवश्यक दस्तावेजों एवं पात्रता की पुष्टि के उपरांत पुनः विचार करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त कार्यरत कर्मियों के सेवा संपुष्टि से संबंधित प्रस्तावों पर विस्तृत चर्चा कर अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया। एम०ए०सी०पी०एस० (MACPS) अंतर्गत विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय प्रोन्नति संबंधी प्रस्तावों की समीक्षा करते हुए नियमानुसार स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई तथा संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों से प्राप्त प्रोन्नति, स्थानांतरण एवं प्रतिनियुक्ति से जुड़े प्रस्तावों पर भी गंभीरता से विचार-विमर्श किया गया। कुछ प्रस्तावों को प्रावधानों के अनुरूप नहीं पाए जाने पर अस्वीकृत किया गया, जबकि अन्य मामलों में आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी करते हुए अग्रेतर कार्रवाई हेतु संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया।
जिला परिवहन कार्यालय से संबंधित एक प्रकरण में बिना पूर्व अनुमति के लगातार अनुपस्थित रहने के मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित कर्मी के विरुद्ध विभागीय कार्रवाई करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त माननीय न्यायालय के आदेशों एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्गत दिशा-निर्देशों के आलोक में प्राप्त प्रस्तावों पर विचार कर आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए तथा संबंधित विभागों को समयबद्ध अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों एवं प्रस्तावों का निष्पादन पारदर्शी, संवेदनशील एवं समयबद्ध तरीके से किया जाए, ताकि पात्र लाभुकों को त्वरित लाभ मिल सके एवं प्रशासनिक कार्यों में दक्षता बनी रहे।
