निजी विद्यालयों में शुल्क संग्रहण हेतु जिला स्तरीय समिति का गठन, नियमों के अनुपालन के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा विभाग की बैठक आयोजित हुई, आयोजित बैठक में झारखंड शिक्षा न्यायाधिकरण (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 के प्रावधानों के आलोक में जिले के निजी विद्यालयों में शुल्क निर्धारण एवं संग्रहण को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए।

बैठक में उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय शुल्क निर्धारण समिति का गठन किया गया, जिसमें जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, जिला लेखा पदाधिकारी, लोहरदगा – खूंटी – गुमला – सिमडेगा – और विशुनपुर – सिसई के संसदीय एवं विधानसभा क्षेत्र के प्रतिनिधि सहित अन्य सदस्यों को शामिल किया गया है, तथा समिति को निजी विद्यालयों द्वारा निर्धारित शुल्क की निगरानी एवं संग्रहण की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है।

उपायुक्त द्वारा निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी निजी विद्यालयों द्वारा निर्धारित शुल्क की जांच अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप की जाए तथा यदि किसी विद्यालय द्वारा शुल्क में 10 प्रतिशत से अधिक वृद्धि की जाती है, तो ऐसे मामलों को अनिवार्य रूप से जिला समिति के अनुमोदन हेतु प्रस्तुत किया जाए।
उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि अधिनियम के प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन करने वाले विद्यालयों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी, जिसमें प्रथम उल्लंघन पर आर्थिक दंड तथा पुनरावृत्ति की स्थिति में अधिक कठोर दंड के साथ विद्यालय की मान्यता समाप्त करने तक की कार्रवाई शामिल होगी।

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं निजी विद्यालय प्रबंधन को अधिनियम एवं विभागीय दिशा-निर्देशों की प्रति उपलब्ध कराने तथा उसका गहन अध्ययन कर पूर्ण अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय, झारखंड आवासीय विद्यालय एवं नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय की नामांकन सूची को अनुमोदित किया गया तथा शेष रिक्त सीटों पर अविलंब नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त, माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के जोन निर्धारण से संबंधित प्रस्तावों को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई।

बैठक में जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, क्षेत्र शिक्षा पदाधिकारी पालकोट, अतिरिक्त जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी,सहायक कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, झारखण्ड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला, जिले के सभी वार्डेन शामिल हुए।
