साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी आमजन की समस्याएँ, त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत एवं सामुदायिक समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत कोब्जा पंचायत के ग्राम रमजा-भींजपुर के ग्रामीणों द्वारा स्वास्थ्य उपकेन्द्र रमजा से भींजपुर गांव तक लगभग 4 किलोमीटर जर्जर सड़क की मरम्मत कराने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि उक्त सड़क की खराब स्थिति के कारण वृद्ध, गर्भवती महिलाओं एवं मरीजों को आवागमन में भारी कठिनाई होती है। साथ ही साप्ताहिक हाट बाजार से जुड़े व्यापारिक गतिविधियों पर भी इसका प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।
इसी क्रम में रायडीह प्रखंड, कोब्जा पंचायत के ग्रामीणों द्वारा गांव की विभिन्न कच्ची गलियों में पीसीसी पथ निर्माण कराने हेतु सामूहिक आवेदन दिया गया। प्रस्तावित मार्गों में भींजपुर बाजार डांड से अम्बा टोली, सरस्वती देवी के घर से भुनेश्वरी देवी के घर तक, दृगपाल सिंह से बिसु खड़िया, विमला देवी से जेन्डर केरकेट्टा, जितवाहन सिंह से सरना स्थल सहित कुल 10 प्रमुख गलियों का चयन किया गया है, जिससे गांव में आवागमन सुगम हो सके।
साथ ही ग्राम रमजा-भींजपुर (रायडीह प्रखंड) के ग्रामीणों द्वारा गांव में रात्रि के समय सुरक्षा एवं आवागमन की सुविधा हेतु कम से कम 10 सोलर स्ट्रीट लाइट लगाने की मांग की गई। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि क्षेत्र जंगल-पहाड़ से घिरा होने के कारण रात्रि में जंगली जानवरों एवं अन्य खतरों का भय बना रहता है।
पालकोट प्रखंड अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत पालकोट दक्षिणी के पंचायतवासियों द्वारा मनरेगा के रोजगार सेवक कैलाश साहु को यथावत रखने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। ग्रामीणों ने उनकी कार्यशैली की सराहना करते हुए कार्यों के सुचारू संचालन के लिए स्थानांतरण निरस्त करने का अनुरोध किया।
गुमला प्रखंड के मौजा-चंदाली से संबंधित खाता संख्या-47, प्लॉट संख्या-1259 के भूमि अधिग्रहण मुआवजा विवाद में चंपा उरांव के उत्तराधिकारियों द्वारा वंशावली के आधार पर मुआवजा राशि के समुचित वितरण की मांग की गई। आवेदकों ने पूर्व में कुछ व्यक्तियों को आंशिक भुगतान किए जाने पर आपत्ति जताते हुए शेष लाभार्थियों को न्यायोचित भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने का अनुरोध किया।
पालकोट प्रखंड से प्राप्त एक आवेदन में सिविल कोर्ट गुमला में लंबित वाद के संदर्भ में दिगम्बर साहू द्वारा कथित गलत मापी कर जेसीबी से खुदाई कार्य कराए जाने पर रोक लगाने हेतु प्रशासन से हस्तक्षेप की मांग की गई।
नगर परिषद गुमला क्षेत्र के वार्ड संख्या-19, गोकुल नगर (जशपुर रोड) के निवासियों द्वारा मोहल्ले में नाली निर्माण कार्य लंबित रहने की शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए शीघ्र निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ कराने का अनुरोध किया गया। उन्होंने पूर्व में कई बार आवेदन एवं एनओसी प्रस्तुत करने के बावजूद कार्य आरंभ नहीं होने की बात रखी।
विशुनपुर प्रखंड के ग्राम बनारी निवासी कलावती देवी द्वारा रायडीह प्रखंड के सेवानिवृत्त पंचायत सचिव निरंजन बड़ाईक की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया पर प्रश्न उठाते हुए, माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, झारखंड में लंबित वाद (WP(C) No-752/2026) के आलोक में किसी भी प्रकार के भुगतान पर रोक लगाने का अनुरोध किया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त, गुमला शहर के स्थानीय व्यवसायियों द्वारा भारी वाहनों के प्रवेश समय में संशोधन हेतु सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिसमें व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों को सुगम बनाने के उद्देश्य से समय-सीमा में व्यावहारिक परिवर्तन का आग्रह किया गया।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी प्राप्त आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्रत्येक मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समयबद्ध एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान का एक प्रभावी मंच है, जहां प्रत्येक आवेदन पर त्वरित कार्रवाई प्रशासन की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी है।
