सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण, व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज दिनांक 10.04.2026 को लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा गुमला द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में रोगी भर्ती वार्ड, किचेन रूम, दवा वितरण कक्ष, इमरजेंसी वार्ड एवं ओपीडी का गहन निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान भर्ती मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से वार्ता कर अस्पताल में उपलब्ध सेवाओं के संबंध में फीडबैक प्राप्त किया गया, जिसमें अधिकांश मरीजों द्वारा सेवा संतुष्टि व्यक्त की गई।
अस्पताल प्रबंधन द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार अपराह्न 4:15 बजे तक 10 सामान्य प्रसव एवं 01 सी-सेक्शन ऑपरेशन संपन्न कराया गया। सभी माताओं को प्रसवोपरांत निगरानी में रखा गया है। वर्तमान में सर्जिकल वार्ड में 32, जनरल वार्ड में 118, पुरुष वार्ड में 29, महिला वार्ड में 27 एवं शिशु वार्ड में 10 मरीज भर्ती पाए गए।
ओपीडी में कुल 650 मरीजों का निबंधन किया गया तथा 18 आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत किए गए। अस्पताल प्रबंधन द्वारा बताया गया कि सभी मरीजों को यथासंभव उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर मरीजों को बेहतर इलाज हेतु अन्यत्र रेफर किया जाता है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान 208 मरीजों को विभिन्न प्रखंडों से अस्पताल लाने एवं ले जाने तथा 01 मरीज को राजेन्द्र आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (RIMS) रांची भेजने हेतु एम्बुलेंस सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई।
किचेन रूम के निरीक्षण के क्रम में साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। मरीजों को सामान्य भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। एनआरसी केंद्र में कुल 19 बच्चों को भर्ती कर उन्हें पौष्टिक आहार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
दवा वितरण कक्ष के निरीक्षण में बताया गया कि वर्तमान में अस्पताल में 550 प्रकार की दवाएं उपलब्ध हैं। हालांकि जन औषधि केंद्र बंद पाया गया, जिसे शीघ्र संचालित करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
जांच सुविधाओं के अंतर्गत 46 मरीजों का एक्स-रे एवं 18 मरीजों का सीटी स्कैन किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों की उपस्थिति की समीक्षा की गई तथा अनुपस्थित पाए गए कर्मियों से स्पष्टीकरण मांगने का निर्देश दिया गया।
अस्पताल परिसर में 46 सीसीटीवी कैमरे कार्यरत पाए गए एवं किसी भी प्रकार का शैडो एरिया नहीं पाया गया। परिसर को स्वच्छ एवं दुर्गंध मुक्त बनाए रखने हेतु भी आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
साथ ही जानकारी दी गई कि दिनांक 09.04.2026 से 10.04.2026 के बीच HIV के 03 नए मरीज चिन्हित किए गए हैं, जिनके उपचार एवं परामर्श की प्रक्रिया जारी है।
निरीक्षण के उपरांत संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि अस्पताल में उपलब्ध सभी सेवाओं को और अधिक सुदृढ़ करते हुए मरीजों को बेहतर, सुलभ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं।
