झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला द्वारा जिला स्तरीय “स्कूल रूआर 2026” कार्यशाला सम्पन्न

गुमला : – गुमला झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, के तत्वावधान में नगर भवन, गुमला में जिला स्तरीय “स्कूल रूआर 2026 ” कार्यशाला का सफल आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष शकुंतला देवी, उपाध्यक्ष श्री रमेश कुमार, जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता देवी, डीसीएलआर राजीव कुमार, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, डायट प्राचार्य प्रियाश्री भगत एवं प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी घनश्याम चौबे सहित सभी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, बीपीओ, बीआरपी एवं सीआरपी उपस्थित रहे।

इस स्कूल रूआर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ अतिथियों द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया गया तथा कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, गुमला की छात्राओं द्वारा स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया।

उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि “हर बच्चे को विद्यालय से जोड़ना जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है, इसके लिए सभी विभाग समन्वित प्रयास करें।”

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां द्वारा विषय प्रवेश कराते हुए पूरे अभियान अंतर्गत प्रखंड, संकुल एवं विद्यालयों के स्तर पर कार्यों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई जबकि फील्ड मैनेजर श्री रामचंद्र सिंह द्वारा पावर प्वाइंट प्रेजेंटेशन के माध्यम से अभियान की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की गई । कार्यक्रम के दौरान मंच संचालन ओमप्रकाश दास द्वारा किया गया ।

आज की जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त बीपीओ, बीआरपी, सीआरपी द्वारा दिनांक 13 अप्रैल को सभी प्रखंड में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में प्रखंड स्तरीय कार्यशाला की जाएगी जिसमें सभी विद्यालय के प्रधान शिक्षकों के साथ साथ सभी जनप्रतिनिधि एवं प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों सहित गैरसरकारी संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधि शामिल होंगे ।

इस अवसर पर एपीओ रोज मिंज एवं शुभकामना प्रसाद, लेखा पदाधिकारी माधुरी मिंज, लेखापाल सुफिया खान, स्टेनो रीमा रानी गुप्ता, ऑपरेटर शशि कपूर सहित सभी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारियों की सक्रिय एवं महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।

“स्कूल रूआर 2026” अभियान के मुख्य बिंदु

“हर बच्चा स्कूल में” के लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति हेतु जिला प्रशासन पूर्णतः प्रतिबद्ध है तथा 5–18 आयु वर्ग के सभी बच्चों का शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन एवं नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करना इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य है। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि कोई भी बच्चा विद्यालय से बाहर न रहे।

ड्रॉपआउट एवं अनामांकित बच्चों की पहचान हेतु डोर-टू-डोर सर्वे कराया जाएगा तथा उन्हें पुनः विद्यालय से जोड़ना सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होगी।

अभियान में शिक्षा विभाग, आंगनबाड़ी, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, स्वयंसेवी संस्थाएं एवं समाज के सभी वर्गों की सक्रिय भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

15 से 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक विशेष नामांकन अभियान, प्रभात फेरी, अभिभावक संपर्क एवं जन-जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
डेटा के विश्लेषण के आधार पर नामांकन गैप की पहचान कर एवं सुधार हेतु ठोस कार्ययोजना तैयार की जाएगी।
