एक पहल सुरक्षा की ओर: गुमला प्रशासन ने सीलम बायपास पर चलाया जागरूकता सह जांच अभियान

नियमों का पालन ही जीवन का असली आधार; डीटीओ ने साझा किया सुरक्षा का संदेश, ₹5.05 लाख का जुर्माना वसूला गया

हमारा जीवन और हमारे परिजनों की खुशियाँ सड़क पर हमारी थोड़ी सी सतर्कता पर निर्भर करती हैं। इसी भावना को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से, उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में जिला परिवहन विभाग ने शनिवार को सीलम बायपास मार्ग पर एक विशेष जागरूकता सह वाहन जांच अभियान चलाया। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में चली,इस मुहिम का मुख्य उद्देश्य चालकों को नियमों के प्रति संवेदनशील बनाना और सुरक्षित सफर सुनिश्चित करना रहा।

सुधार की दिशा में उठाए गए कदम
बाईपास मार्ग पर आयोजित इस सघन अभियान के दौरान उन छोटी-छोटी कमियों पर ध्यान दिया गया, जो अक्सर बड़े हादसों का कारण बनती हैं। इस प्रक्रिया में नियमों की अनदेखी करने वाले वाहनों से कुल ₹5,05,000 का जुर्माना वसूला गया ।

अभियान के दौरान इन बातों पर रहा विशेष ध्यान:
* ध्वनि प्रदूषण और शांति का संदेश: कई दोपहिया वाहनों में मॉडिफाइड साइलेंसर पाए गए जो तेज आवाज से बुजुर्गों और मरीजों को असुविधा पहुँचाते हैं। डीटीओ ने बहुत ही शालीनता से युवाओं को समझाया कि असली ‘स्वैग’ शोर मचाने में नहीं, बल्कि सुरक्षित चलने में है। मौके पर ही इन साइलेंसरों को बदलकर मानक साइलेंसर लगवाए गए।

* *सड़क की सेहत और ओवरलोडिंग:* भारी मालवाहक वाहनों (ट्रक और हाइवा) के चालकों से आग्रह किया गया कि वे क्षमता के अनुसार ही माल लादें। ओवरलोडिंग न केवल सड़क को नुकसान पहुँचाती है, बल्कि गाड़ी के संतुलन को भी बिगाड़ती है।

* *कागजातों की पूर्णता*: वाहन चालकों को याद दिलाया गया कि वैध बीमा, फिटनेस और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस रखना उनके अपने कानूनी और आर्थिक हित में है। जिनके पास दस्तावेजों की कमी थी, उन्हें भविष्य के लिए जागरूक किया गया।

अभियान के दौरान चालकों से संवाद करते हुए डीटीओ ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने बहुत ही सौम्य शब्दों में कहा:
*”साथियों, प्रशासन का उद्देश्य आपको परेशान करना या दंडित करना बिल्कुल नहीं है। हमारी चिंता बस इतनी है कि आप सुबह जिस मुस्कुराहट के साथ घर से निकलते हैं, शाम को उसी सुरक्षित तरीके से अपने परिवार के पास वापस लौटें। यातायात के नियम हमारे बंधन नहीं, बल्कि हमारे जीवन के सुरक्षा कवच हैं।”*

*समाज की सहभागिता जरूरी:-*
प्रशासन की इस मानवीय और सुधारात्मक पहल की स्थानीय नागरिकों ने सराहना की है। लोगों का मानना है कि जब अधिकारी सड़क पर उतरकर एक अभिभावक की तरह समझाते हैं, तो नियमों का पालन करना बोझ नहीं, बल्कि जिम्मेदारी लगने लगता है। जिला प्रशासन ने सभी अभिभावकों से भी अपील की है कि वे अपने बच्चों को बिना लाइसेंस के वाहन चलाने ना दें और लाइसेंस के साथ हेलमेट पहनने और सुरक्षित गति में वाहन चलाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।
