झारखंड राज्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी महासंघ की समन्वय बैठक सम्पन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में झारखंड राज्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी महासंघ की एक महत्वपूर्ण समन्वय बैठक पुरुषोत्तम साहू की अध्यक्षता में सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक में जिले के सभी प्रखंडों एवं संबद्ध संघों के प्रतिनिधियों तथा सक्रिय सदस्यों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए महासंघ के जिला सचिव भूषण कुमार ने विभिन्न ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायत सचिव किरण कुसुम खलखो (विशुनपुर) की निगरानी विभाग द्वारा की गई गिरफ्तारी संदिग्ध एवं अनुचित प्रतीत होती है। महासंघ ने इस कार्रवाई की कड़ी निंदा करते हुए इसे कर्मचारियों के सम्मान और मनोबल के विपरीत बताया।
बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि महासंघ का 8 वां जिला सम्मेलन दिनांक 14 जून 2026 को आयोजित किया जाएगा। सम्मेलन की तैयारी को लेकर सभी प्रखंडों को सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने का आह्वान किया गया।
वक्ताओं ने यह भी कहा कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुबंधित कर्मचारियों को देय 8% प्रोत्साहन राशि का भुगतान अब तक नहीं किया गया है, जिससे कर्मचारियों में असंतोष व्याप्त है। इस संबंध में महासंघ का प्रतिनिधिमंडल शीघ्र ही सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय, गुमला से मुलाकात कर समस्या के समाधान की मांग करेगा।
बैठक में एलपीजी गैस आपूर्ति की समस्या भी प्रमुखता से उठाई गई। उपस्थित सदस्यों ने कहा कि कर्मचारियों को गैस सिलेंडर प्राप्त करने के लिए लंबी कतारों में लगना पड़ रहा है, जिससे उनके कार्य पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ रहा है। महासंघ ने जिला प्रशासन से मांग की कि कर्मचारियों को घर-घर एलपीजी गैस सिलेंडर की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाए। अन्यथा महासंघ द्वारा इस विषय पर उपायुक्त के समक्ष धरना-प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा।
बैठक के अंत में आगामी जिला सम्मेलन की सफलता के लिए स्वागत समिति का गठन किया गया, जिसमें निम्नलिखित पदाधिकारियों का चयन किया गया—

स्वागत समिति सदस्य: जकी उल्लाह अंसारी, शनि राम, नवल किशोर, कविता बिलुंग, शैलेश बाखला, रणधीर कुमार, मंजूषा लकड़ा, संजय सुरीन, शिवनारायण सिंह, अमित, रंजीत कुमार जायसवाल, सीता राम मुंडा, बैजनाथ मुंडा, शकील अंसारी, जितेन्द्र महतो, बंधन उरांव, नेहरू महतो, सुनील कुमार, प्रेमलता, अनिल, आयुष कुमार, राकेश कुमार, शंकर खेरवार, वीना कांति लकड़ा, पार्वती कुमारी, संगीता कुमारी, एलेक्सिस एक्का, अनूप नंद, प्रेम कुमार रतिया उरांव, राजू उरांव सहित अन्य सदस्य उपस्थित थे।
महासंघ ने आशा व्यक्त की कि जिला सम्मेलन के माध्यम से कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु ठोस रणनीति बनाई जाएगी तथा कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए सामूहिक आवाज बुलंद की जाएगी।
