केसीसी प्रगति में तेजी लाने के निर्देश: उपायुक्त ने 2 सप्ताह में लंबित कार्य पूर्ण करने का दिया अल्टीमेटम

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में कृषि, केसीसी, ऋण माफी, फसल राहत योजना, सूखा राहत योजना, उद्योग विभाग, बीज एवं खाद वितरण, सहकारिता विभाग तथा स्वयं सहायता समूह से संबंधित योजनाओं की संयुक्त समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में केसीसी (किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड) की प्रगति की समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त द्वारा बताया गया कि जनवरी माह हेतु 1,000 केसीसी का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था, जिसके विरुद्ध अब तक 8,00 केसीसी ही पूर्ण किए गए हैं। इस पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए सभी लंबित कार्यों को आगामी दो सप्ताह के भीतर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही सभी एटीएम/बीटीएम को अधिक से अधिक किसानों का केसीसी फॉर्म भरवाने हेतु सक्रिय रहने को कहा गया, ताकि लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा केसीसी के अंतर्गत अग्रसारित 109 आवेदनों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने संबंधित बैंकों को निर्देशित किया कि वे इन आवेदनों का शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें।
बैठक में स्वयं सहायता समूह , पीएमईजीपी एवं पीएमएफएमई योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि इन योजनाओं से अधिक से अधिक लाभुकों को जोड़ा जाए।
कृषि विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान केसीसी एवं सॉयल हेल्थ कार्ड के लिए एटीएम/बीटीएम को अधिकाधिक आवेदन प्राप्त करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही फसल बीमा योजना के तहत अधिक से अधिक किसानों को आच्छादित करने पर बल दिया गया।
सहकारिता विभाग की समीक्षा में सभी लैम्प्स के माध्यम से धान उठाव की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अतिरिक्त चालू वित्तीय वर्ष के लक्ष्यों पर भी विस्तृत चर्चा की गई एवं सभी संबंधित विभागों को लक्ष्य के अनुरूप कार्य सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
उपायुक्त ने बैठक के अंत में सभी विभागों को लंबित कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने तथा योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, गुमला, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
