जेपीएससी प्रारंभिक परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन अलर्ट: कदाचारमुक्त व शांतिपूर्ण संचालन हेतु व्यापक तैयारी

गुमला : – झारखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग, रांची द्वारा आगामी 19 अप्रैल 2026 को आयोजित होने वाली झारखण्ड संयुक्त असैनिक सेवा (सीधी भर्ती) प्रारंभिक प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2025 के सफल एवं कदाचारमुक्त संचालन को लेकर आज उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभाकक्ष में सभी प्रतिनियुक्त दण्डाधिकारियों, पुलिस पदाधिकारियों एवं केंद्राधीक्षकों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि यह परीक्षा अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है एवं इसे पूर्ण पारदर्शिता और कदाचारमुक्त वातावरण में संपन्न कराना हम सभी की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है। गुमला जिले में इस परीक्षा हेतु कुल 12 परीक्षा केंद्र निर्धारित किए गए हैं, जिनमें 4355 अभ्यर्थी सम्मिलित होंगे। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी तथा परीक्षा का संचालन सीसीटीवी निगरानी में सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण हेतु जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष सक्रिय रहेगा, जो 19 अप्रैल 2026 को प्रातः 08:00 बजे से कार्य करना प्रारंभ करेगा तथा परीक्षा समाप्ति के उपरांत परीक्षा सामग्री को सुरक्षित रूप से कोषागार/आयोग में जमा होने तक कार्यरत रहेगा। जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष का दूरभाष संख्या-6206543458 निर्धारित किया गया है।
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी प्रतिनियुक्त दण्डाधिकारी, पुलिस पदाधिकारी एवं सुरक्षा बल पूरी तरह सतर्क एवं चौकन्ने रहें तथा आपसी समन्वय बनाकर विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखें। परीक्षा पूर्व सभी संभावित स्थलों पर सघन जांच अभियान चलाने के भी निर्देश दिए गए, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता को रोका जा सके।
परीक्षा केंद्रों पर मूलभूत सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश
उपायुक्त ने सभी केंद्राधीक्षकों को निर्देशित किया कि परीक्षा केंद्रों पर पेयजल, पर्याप्त रोशनी (बिजली एवं जेनरेटर), स्वच्छ शौचालय, बेंच-डेस्क आदि की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करें। सभी केंद्रों पर सीसीटीवी की क्रियाशीलता की जांच करने तथा आवश्यकतानुसार वीडियोग्राफी कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। बिना जांच के किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी तथा किसी भी प्रकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट को परीक्षा केंद्र के अंदर ले जाना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। कदाचार में लिप्त पाए जाने पर संबंधित परीक्षार्थी के विरुद्ध विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

*दो पालियों में आयोजित होगी परीक्षा*
झारखण्ड संयुक्त असैनिक सेवा (सीधी भर्ती) प्रारंभिक प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2025 दिनांक 19 अप्रैल 2026 को दो पालियों में आयोजित होगी। प्रथम पाली प्रातः 10:00 बजे से 12:00 बजे तक एवं द्वितीय पाली अपराह्न 03:00 बजे से 05:00 बजे तक संचालित होगी।
जिले में निर्धारित 12 परीक्षा केंद्रों में कार्तिक उरांव कॉलेज, गुमला पॉलिटेक्निक, सेंट इग्नेशियस हाई स्कूल, उर्सुलाइन कॉन्वेंट गर्ल्स हाई स्कूल, सेंट पैट्रिक हाई स्कूल, सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर, डीसीएम एसओई स्कूल, एसएस गर्ल्स हाई स्कूल, लूथरन हाई स्कूल, डीएवी पब्लिक स्कूल, सेंट एन्स हाई स्कूल एवं राजकीय उच्च विद्यालय करंजटोली शामिल हैं।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, डीएसपी गुमला वीरेंद्र टोप्पो, एनडीसी ललन कुमार रजक सहित सभी दण्डाधिकारी, पुलिस पदाधिकारी, केंद्राधीक्षक एवं संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
