गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित होटल बिंदेश मे नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम को लेकर एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस का आयोजन किया गया है, जिसमें जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सह भाजपा जिला उपाध्यक्ष किरण बाडा ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम (106वां संवैधानिक संशोधन अधिनियम, 2023) लोकसभा और राज्य विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं के लिए 33% (एक-तिहाई) सीटें आरक्षित करने का एक ऐतिहासिक कानून है। सितंबर 2023 में पारित यह कानून, 2026-2029 के दौरान परिसीमन के बाद लागू होगा, जिससे महिलाएँ लाभार्थी से निर्णायक नीति-निर्माता बनेंगी। नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम 2026 के मुख्य बिंदु:
आरक्षण का दायरा: लोकसभा, राज्य विधानसभाओं और दिल्ली विधानसभा में महिलाओं के लिए 33% आरक्षण।
SC/ST आरक्षण: आरक्षित एक-तिहाई सीटों में से ही अनुसूचित जाति (SC) और अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) की महिलाओं के लिए भी सीटें आरक्षित होंगी।
लागू होने की प्रक्रिया: यह कानून जनगणना और उसके बाद होने वाले परिसीमन (Delimitation) के बाद प्रभावी होगा।
अवधि: आरक्षण 15 वर्षों के लिए लागू होगा, जिसे बाद में बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
उद्देश्य: महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देना और नीति निर्माण में उनकी समान भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना।
यह अधिनियम भारत के लोकतांत्रिक इतिहास में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, जो संसद और विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं की आवाज को सशक्त बनाएगा। प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को किरण बाला के अलावा जिप उपाध्यक्ष सह भाजपा जिला मंत्री संयुक्त देवी , भाजपा महिला मोर्चा की जिला अध्यक्ष गौरी किन्डो, महिला मोर्चा जिला महामंत्री सोनामनी, महिला मोर्चा की कोषाध्यक्ष सीमा कुमारी एंव महिला मोर्चा की कार्यसमिति सदस्य किरण कुमारी एंव उर्मिला कुमारी ने भी संबोधित किया l
