गुमला : – गुमला जिले में आमजन के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश से खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में एनर्जी ड्रिंक (कैफीनेटेड बेवरेज) के खिलाफ सघन निरीक्षण एवं जांच अभियान चलाया गया।
यह कार्रवाई भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, नई दिल्ली तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त कार्यालय, रांची के निर्देशानुसार की गई। अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों से एनर्जी ड्रिंक के सैंपल संग्रह कर जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भेजे गए, ताकि उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा की पुष्टि की जा सके।
इस विशेष अभियान के तहत मेसर्स माही इंटरप्राइजेज, मेसर्स मां भगवती ट्रेडर्स (पालकोट रोड) तथा मेसर्स विनोद ट्रेडर्स (जशपुर रोड) का सघन निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में विशेष रूप से एक्सपायर्ड एनर्जी ड्रिंक की जांच पर जोर दिया गया एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों की बारीकी से समीक्षा की गई।
इसके अलावा, पालकोट रोड स्थित ई-कार्ट का भी निरीक्षण किया गया, जहां साफ-सफाई एवं पेस्ट कंट्रोल व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त रखने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही गोसरी प्रोडक्ट्स की एक्सपायरी डेट की भी जांच की गई।
खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने सभी दुकानदारों एवं प्रतिष्ठान संचालकों को सख्त निर्देश दिया कि वे केवल मानक अनुरूप एवं वैध उत्पादों की ही बिक्री करें तथा एक्सपायर्ड खाद्य पदार्थों का भंडारण या विक्रय न करें। नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी भी दी गई।
