उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, चैनपुर का निरीक्षण, व्यवस्थाओं को और सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में बुधवार को अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक द्वारा कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, चैनपुर का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान विद्यालय की शैक्षणिक, प्रशासनिक एवं आधारभूत व्यवस्थाओं का विस्तृत अवलोकन करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में विद्यालय में कुल 240 नामांकित छात्राओं में से 2,17 छात्राओं की उपस्थिति दर्ज की गई, जो संतोषजनक पाई गई।
शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था की समीक्षा के दौरान यह जानकारी प्राप्त हुई कि विद्यालय में कुल 12 स्वीकृत पदों के विरुद्ध 04 स्थायी एवं 06 अंशकालिक शिक्षक कार्यरत हैं। कक्षा 6 से 8 के लिए अंग्रेजी एवं विज्ञान विषय के शिक्षकों की उपलब्धता को और सुदृढ़ करने की आवश्यकता चिन्हित की गई। इस क्रम में अपर समाहर्ता द्वारा जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, गुमला को आवश्यक व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
साथ ही, विज्ञान विषय के अध्यापन को और प्रभावी बनाने हेतु शिक्षिका खुशबू डांग के अनुभव का लाभ कक्षा 6 से 8 की छात्राओं को भी प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि सभी कक्षाओं में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके।
निरीक्षण के दौरान कुछ छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य संबंधी पहलुओं पर ध्यान आकृष्ट हुआ, जिस पर त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक, जया खाखा को विद्यालय में शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर आयोजित कराने का निर्देश दिया गया, जिससे छात्राओं को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध हो सके।
विद्यालय परिसर की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था का भी अवलोकन किया गया। इस दौरान पाया गया कि विद्यालय की बाउंड्री में फेंसिंग की व्यवस्था नहीं है। इस पर अपर समाहर्ता द्वारा संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक फेंसिंग कार्य शीघ्र सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए, ताकि छात्राओं की सुरक्षा को और सुदृढ़ किया जा सके।
विद्यालय में उपलब्ध खाद्य सामग्री का भी निरीक्षण किया गया तथा गुणवत्ता को और बेहतर बनाए रखने हेतु संबंधित एजेंसियों को टेंडर की शर्तों के अनुरूप उच्च गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा स्पष्ट किया गया कि छात्राओं को बेहतर शैक्षणिक, स्वास्थ्य एवं आवासीय सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। इसी उद्देश्य से आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कदम शीघ्र सुनिश्चित किए जा रहे हैं, ताकि विद्यालय में समग्र रूप से गुणवत्तापूर्ण वातावरण विकसित हो सके।
