“आपन जमीन, आपन अधिकार” शिविर (पायलट प्रोजेक्ट) का सफल शुभारंभ, प्रथम दिन प्राप्त आवेदनों का ऑन-स्पॉट निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में रायडीह अंचल अंतर्गत “आपन जमीन, आपन अधिकार” शिविर (पायलट प्रोजेक्ट) का आज दिनांक 15 अप्रैल 2026 को सफलतापूर्वक शुभारंभ किया गया। यह शिविर भूमि अभिलेखों के डिजिटलीकरण तथा उससे संबंधित त्रुटियों के त्वरित निष्पादन के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जिससे आमजनों को उनकी भूमि से संबंधित सेवाएं सरल, सुलभ एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से उपलब्ध हो सकें।

शिविर का आयोजन रायडीह अंचल के कांसिर पंचायत अंतर्गत पंचायत भवन में किया गया, जिसमें अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अंचल अधिकारी रायडीह सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे। पंचायत स्तर पर जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं ग्रामीणों की सक्रिय भागीदारी देखने को मिली।
प्रथम दिन ग्रामवासियों से कुल 40 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 12 आवेदनों को विधिवत जमा किया गया। प्राप्त आवेदनों में मुख्य रूप से रकबा सुधार, नाम सुधार एवं प्लॉट विवरण में सुधार से संबंधित मामले शामिल थे। इन आवेदनों का प्राथमिक सत्यापन करते हुए कई मामलों में ऑन-स्पॉट निष्पादन की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की गई तथा शेष मामलों के त्वरित निष्पादन हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।

अपर समाहर्ता द्वारा शिविर में उपस्थित ग्रामीणों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा गया कि भूमि अभिलेखों का डिजिटलीकरण वर्तमान समय की आवश्यकता है, जिससे भविष्य में किसी प्रकार की विवाद एवं त्रुटियों से बचा जा सके। उन्होंने सभी रैयतों से अपील की कि वे अपने भूमि संबंधी सभी लंबित कार्यों को शिविर के माध्यम से अद्यतन एवं डिजिटाइज करवा लें, ताकि सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ सुगमता से प्राप्त हो सके।
इस अभियान के तहत ऑनलाइन खतियान एवं डिजिटाइज्ड जमाबंदी से संबंधित त्रुटियों का सुधार, रैयत के नाम, पता एवं अन्य विवरणों में संशोधन, प्लॉट संख्या एवं रकबा में सुधार, भूमि के प्रकार से संबंधित त्रुटियों का निराकरण तथा छूटे हुए जमाबंदी की ऑनलाइन प्रविष्टि जैसे कार्य किए जा रहे हैं।
ज्ञात हो कि शिविर का आयोजन 15 एवं 16 अप्रैल 2026 को विभिन्न राजस्व ग्रामों में किया जा रहा है, जिसके उपरांत 17 अप्रैल से 23 अप्रैल 2026 तक प्राप्त आवेदनों का निष्पादन किया जाएगा तथा 24 अप्रैल 2026 को शेष कार्यों का निष्पादन कर शिविर का समापन किया जाएगा।
शिविर के सफल संचालन हेतु प्रशासन द्वारा विभिन्न स्तरों पर टीमों का गठन किया गया है, जिनके माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदनों का सत्यापन, डिजिटलीकरण एवं समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है। साथ ही आमजनों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया के प्रति जागरूक भी किया जा रहा है।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे इस शिविर में अधिकाधिक संख्या में भाग लेकर अपनी भूमि से संबंधित समस्याओं का समाधान सुनिश्चित कराएं तथा “आपन जमीन, आपन अधिकार” अभियान को सफल बनाएं।
