गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में मानव सेवा को ही ईश्वर की सच्ची सेवा मानते हुए लायंस क्लब फैमिली गुमला द्वारा “फूड फॉर हंगर” कार्यक्रम का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस भावपूर्ण कार्यक्रम के तहत शहर के 48 अनाथ एवं जरूरतमंद बच्चों के लिए विशेष रात्रि भोज का आयोजन किया गया, जहाँ क्लब के सदस्यों ने बच्चों के साथ बैठकर भोजन साझा किया और उनके चेहरों पर मुस्कान बिखेरी।यह आयोजन केवल भोजन वितरण तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि बच्चों के साथ एक गहरा भावनात्मक जुड़ाव देखने को मिला। क्लब के पदाधिकारियों और सदस्यों ने बच्चों से सीधा संवाद किया। इस दौरान बच्चों ने अपने सपनों और जीवन के संघर्षों को साझा किया, जिसे सुनकर उपस्थित लोग भावुक हो उठे। सदस्यों ने बच्चों को शिक्षा के महत्व, अनुशासन और आत्मविश्वास के साथ जीवन में आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया।कार्यक्रम के दौरान क्लब के सदस्यों ने आश्रम की वर्तमान व्यवस्थाओं और बच्चों की बुनियादी जरूरतों जैसे शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छ वातावरण पर भी चर्चा की। क्लब ने संकल्प लिया कि वे भविष्य में भी इन बच्चों को आवश्यक संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने और उनके सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए निरंतर प्रयास करते रहेंगे।लायंस क्लब इंटरनेशनल के “हम सेवा करते हैं” के उद्देश्य को आगे बढ़ाते हुए गुमला की यह इकाई स्वास्थ्य, पर्यावरण और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में लगातार सक्रिय है। “फूड फॉर हंगर” इसी कड़ी का एक हिस्सा है, जिसका लक्ष्य समाज को भूख मुक्त बनाना और मानवता के मूल्यों को सुदृढ़ करना है।कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में क्लब के प्रेसिडेंट लायन शिशिर गुप्ता, सेक्रेटरी लायन सुमित जाजोदिया, लायन रंजीत गुप्ता, अर्चना गुप्ता, नितेश नवीन, शिवानी, प्रकाश गुप्ता, अंजना और क्लब एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर श्वेता गुप्ता ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।प्रेसिडेंट लायन शिशिर गुप्ता ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि समाज के हर जरूरतमंद तक पहुंचना ही क्लब का मुख्य लक्ष्य है। उन्होंने जागरूक नागरिकों से भी अपील की कि वे ऐसे सेवा कार्यों में आगे आएं ताकि एक संवेदनशील समाज का निर्माण हो सके।
