खाद्य कारोबारियों, मध्याह्न भोजन रसोइयों, आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं एवं पलाश कैफे की दीदियों के लिए खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं तंबाकू निषेध जागरूकता प्रशिक्षण शिविर आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त , प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश एवं अभिहित अधिकारी सह अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी गुमला डॉ. धनुर्जय सुम्ब्रई के मार्गदर्शन में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक (खाद्य कारोबार का अनुज्ञप्ति एवं पंजीकरण) विनियम, 2011 की अनुसूची-IV के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण के फूड सेफ्टी ट्रेनिंग एंड सर्टिफिकेशन कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत दिनांक 17 अप्रैल को होटल जयपुर, लोहरदगा रोड, गुमला में एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण एवं जागरूकता शिविर का सफल आयोजन किया गया।

इस प्रशिक्षण शिविर में होटल संचालकों, थोक एवं खुदरा विक्रेताओं, आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं, मध्याह्न भोजन के रसोइयों एवं पलाश कैफे की दीदियों ने सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाई। कार्यक्रम को दो बैचों में आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें कुल 150 से अधिक खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओं को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में एफएसएसएआई के सूचीबद्ध ट्रेनिंग पार्टनर ज्ञान सिटी एजुकेशनल ट्रस्ट एवं प्रशिक्षक डॉ. राकेश सिंह द्वारा खाद्य सुरक्षा के विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। उन्होंने खाद्य विशेषता, खाद्य संक्रमण, एलर्जी, खाद्य जनित रोगों के कारण एवं रोकथाम, फूड ग्रेड रंगों के सुरक्षित उपयोग, स्वच्छ पैकेजिंग एवं गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण जैसे विषयों पर व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया।

अभिहित अधिकारी सह अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी गुमला डॉ. धनुर्जय सुम्ब्रई के द्वारा प्रतिभागियों को खाद्य व्यवसाय के पंजीकरण एवं लाइसेंस की अनिवार्यता, स्वच्छता मानकों का पालन, कार्यस्थल की सफाई, पेयजल की गुणवत्ता, कीट नियंत्रण, सुरक्षित भंडारण एवं परिवहन, फूड सेफ्टी डिस्प्ले बोर्ड एवं “गोल्डन रूल्स ऑफ फूड सेफ्टी” के बारे में विस्तार से समझाया गया।

इस दौरान विशेष रूप से यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में उपयोग किए जाने वाले पेयजल की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु पानी की जांच प्रत्येक 6 माह (छह महीने) में अनिवार्य रूप से कराई जाए, ताकि उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित एवं शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जा सके और जल जनित रोगों की रोकथाम हो सके।

कचरा प्रबंधन एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण के उपायों पर भी विशेष जोर दिया गया। साथ ही यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि खाद्य पदार्थों को अखबार, प्रिंटेड पेपर या हानिकारक प्लास्टिक में परोसना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है, क्योंकि इससे स्वास्थ्य पर गंभीर दुष्प्रभाव पड़ सकते हैं।

तंबाकू निषेध पर विशेष जागरूकता सत्र

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के दौरान तंबाकू निषेध सहकार वंदना स्मिता होरो के द्वारा कोटपा एक्ट 2003 के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर धूम्रपान निषेध, 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्तियों को तंबाकू बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध, शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के 100 गज के दायरे में तंबाकू बिक्री निषेध तथा तंबाकू उत्पादों के विज्ञापन पर रोक जैसे महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधानों से प्रतिभागियों को अवगत कराया गया। सभी को तंबाकू मुक्त वातावरण बनाने हेतु प्रेरित किया गया।

नागरिक क्लब सोसायटी द्वारा प्रतिभागियों के बीच एप्रन, कैप एवं ग्लव्स का वितरण कर स्वच्छता एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य संचालन को बढ़ावा दिया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी गुमला, प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने “ईट राइट इंडिया”, फोर्टिफाइड फूड एवं “आज से थोड़ा कम तेल, चीनी और नमक” जैसे अभियानों की जानकारी देते हुए संतुलित एवं सुरक्षित आहार को अपनाने पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि बिना वैध एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस, निर्माण तिथि, समाप्ति तिथि, बैच नंबर एवं आवश्यक लेबलिंग के बिना पैकेज्ड खाद्य पदार्थों का क्रय-विक्रय करना दंडनीय अपराध है।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए तथा सभी ने खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करने एवं तंबाकू मुक्त समाज के निर्माण में अपनी सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने का संकल्प लिया।

इस प्रशिक्षण शिविर को सफल बनाने में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी , फूड सेफ्टी ट्रेनर डॉ. राकेश सिंह, त्रिलोकी नाथ सिन्हा, संतोष पाठक, जितेंद्र कुमार, रवि कुमार, प्रियांशु कुमार, सूरज कुमार, खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम, तंबाकू निषेध सहकार वंदना स्मिता एवं ज्ञान सिटी एजुकेशनल ट्रस्ट का सराहनीय योगदान रहा।
