जेपीएससी प्रारंभिक परीक्षा-2025 के सफल एवं कदाचारमुक्त संचालन हेतु जिले में निषेधाज्ञा लागू

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त, द्वारा निर्गत संयुक्त आदेश के आलोक में झारखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित संयुक्त सिविल सेवा (सीधी भर्ती) प्रारंभिक प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2025 (JPSC-2025) का आयोजन दिनांक 19 अप्रैल 2026 को दो पालियों में किया जाएगा। प्रथम पाली पूर्वाह्न 10:00 बजे से अपराह्न 12:00 बजे तक तथा द्वितीय पाली अपराह्न 03:00 बजे से अपराह्न 05:00 बजे तक निर्धारित है। उक्त परीक्षा के सफल, निष्पक्ष, कदाचारमुक्त एवं शांतिपूर्ण संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आवश्यक तैयारियाँ की गई हैं।

तद्नुसार, अनुमंडल दण्डाधिकारी, गुमला राजीव नीरज द्वारा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 163 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिले के सभी निर्धारित परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में दिनांक 18 अप्रैल 2026 की मध्यरात्रि 12:00 बजे से दिनांक 19 अप्रैल 2026 की मध्यरात्रि 12:00 बजे तक निषेधाज्ञा लागू की गई है। जिन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के आसपास यह निषेधाज्ञा प्रभावी रहेगी उनमें कार्तिक उराँव कॉलेज, गुमला पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज, संत इग्नासियुस उच्च विद्यालय, उर्सुलाइन कॉन्वेंट बालिका उच्च विद्यालय, संत पात्रिक उच्च विद्यालय, सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर उच्च विद्यालय, डीसीएम एसओई (एस.एस.+2 उच्च विद्यालय), एस.एस. बालिका उच्च विद्यालय, लूथेरन उच्च विद्यालय, डीएवी पब्लिक स्कूल, संत अन्ना बालिका उच्च विद्यालय तथा राजकीय उच्च विद्यालय, करजटोली शामिल हैं।

जारी आदेश के अनुसार उक्त निर्धारित क्षेत्र में पाँच या उससे अधिक व्यक्तियों के एक साथ एकत्रित होने, किसी प्रकार के अस्त्र-शस्त्र के प्रदर्शन तथा तीन से अधिक वाहनों के एक साथ परिचालन पर पूर्णतः प्रतिबंध रहेगा। यह आदेश ड्यूटी पर प्रतिनियुक्त सरकारी कर्मियों, धार्मिक स्थलों पर पूजा-अर्चना, शादी-विवाह के कार्यक्रमों एवं शव यात्रा में शामिल व्यक्तियों पर लागू नहीं होगा।

इसके अतिरिक्त, परीक्षा अवधि के दौरान निर्धारित क्षेत्र में ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्रों के प्रयोग पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है। आवश्यक होने पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी से पूर्वानुमति प्राप्त कर ही इसका उपयोग किया जा सकेगा। बिना अनुमति किसी भी वाहन पर ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का प्रयोग वर्जित रहेगा। साथ ही, परीक्षा केन्द्रों के आसपास किसी भी प्रकार के घातक हथियार, अग्नेयास्त्र अथवा विस्फोटक सामग्री के लाने या ले जाने पर भी सख्त मनाही की गई है।

साथ ही यह भी निर्देशित किया गया है कि सभी केन्द्राधीक्षक COTPA Act, 2003 के प्रावधानों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 100 गज की परिधि में सिगरेट अथवा अन्य तम्बाकू उत्पादों के विक्रय पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि वे विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में सहयोग करें एवं जारी निर्देशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि परीक्षा का संचालन शांतिपूर्ण एवं कदाचारमुक्त वातावरण में संपन्न हो सके।
