कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित एसएस हाई स्कूल छात्रावास के छात्रों के सामने अपने सिर छुपाने की जगह और शिक्षा का संकट उत्पन्न हो गया है

छात्रों ने लगाई उपायुक्त से गुहार

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित एसएस हाई स्कूल छात्रावास के छात्रों के सामने सिर छिपाने की जगह और शिक्षा का संकट खड़ा हो गया है। विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक सुनील टोप्पो ने एक आदेश जारी कर 20 अप्रैल तक छात्रावास खाली करने का निर्देश दिया है। इस फरमान के बाद हॉस्टल में रहकर पढ़ाई करने वाले 60 गरीब और ग्रामीण परिवेश के बच्चों के साथ-साथ उनके अभिभावकों की चिंता बढ़ गई है। दरअसल छात्रावास का भवन जर्जर हो चुका है। जिसके जीर्णोद्धार और मरम्मति के लिए विभाग ने अनुमति दी है। विशेष प्रमंडल कार्यकारी एजेंसी के रूप में काम करेगी। इसे लेकर विशेष प्रमंडल विभाग ने एचएम को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया था कि मरम्मति कार्य के दौरान बच्चों के रहने की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था विद्यालय की ओर से की जाए। ताकि मरम्मति का कार्य सुचारू रूप से हो सके। इसके विपरीत प्रधानाध्यापक ने अपनी जिम्मेदारी से पल्ला झाड़ते हुए छात्रावास में नोटिस लिख दिया है कि विद्यालय के पास रहने की कोई अन्य व्यवस्था नहीं है। ऐसे में छात्र स्वयं अपने अभिभावक की निगरानी में खुद व्यवस्था कर लें। इसे लेकर छात्रों को दिक्कत हो रही है। जिसपर छात्रों ने स्वयं समाधान भी सुझाया है। बच्चों के अनुसार स्कूल परिसर में ही पुरानी कुछ कक्षाएं खाली पड़ी हैं। यदि मरम्मति के दौरान अस्थाई रूप से वहां रहने की अनुमति मिल जाए,
तो उनकी समस्या हल हो सकती है। इस मांग को लेकर छात्र प्रधानाध्यापक से भी मिले। लेकिन उनकी फरियाद अनसुनी कर दी गई। कल्याण पदाधिकारी और डीसी को दिए आवेदन पर भी अब तक कोई पहल नहीं हुई है। जिससे बच्चों में निराशा बढ़ती जा रही है।
