उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित

विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों की समस्याओं पर सुनवाई, त्वरित समाधान हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय परिसर में आज उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं एवं मांगों को उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया।
उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्रत्येक मामले का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर त्वरित, पारदर्शी एवं न्यायसंगत समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आमजन की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध निष्पादन प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है तथा इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान प्रखंड बिशुनपुर अंतर्गत ग्राम चिंगारी से आए टाना भगत समुदाय के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा स्वतंत्रता सेनानी जतरा टाना भगत के स्मारक स्थल के सुंदरीकरण एवं श्रद्धालुओं के ठहराव हेतु अतिथि गेस्ट हाउस निर्माण की मांग प्रस्तुत की गई। इस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को प्रस्ताव का परीक्षण कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।
इसी क्रम में टाना भगत समुदाय द्वारा कृषि कार्य को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से ट्रैक्टर, ट्रॉली, सिंचाई पंपसेट तथा अन्य कृषि यंत्रों के वितरण से संबंधित मांग भी रखी गई। उपायुक्त ने कृषि विभाग को इस संबंध में योजनानुसार परीक्षण कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

राजस्व, निबंध एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग से संबंधित एक आवेदन में आवेदक द्वारा पूर्व में निर्गत पत्र के आलोक में लंबित जांच/कार्यवाही की अद्यतन जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया गया। इस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को शीघ्र अद्यतन स्थिति उपलब्ध कराने एवं कार्रवाई में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया।
प्रखंड बिशुनपुर के ग्राम नरमा की उर्शिला कुमारी द्वारा राशन कार्ड में पुत्री का नाम जोड़ने में हो रही देरी के संबंध में आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। उपायुक्त ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को मामले का त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि लाभार्थी को योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर मिल सके।
प्रखंड सिसई अंतर्गत ग्राम बानपुर पानीलता के सुरेश उराँव द्वारा आवास निर्माण हेतु भूमि पर अनुमति प्रदान करने के संबंध में आवेदन दिया गया। इस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अंचलाधिकारी को जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।
प्रखंड कामडारा के ग्राम कोटवो के आनंद मसीह तोपनो, अंजुल तोपनो एवं बिनोद तोपनो द्वारा भूमि सुधार उपसमाहर्ता, बसिया न्यायालय में लंबित एस. ए. आर. वादों के निष्पादन में विलंब की समस्या रखी गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारी को वादों की समीक्षा कर शीघ्र निष्पादन एवं आदेश उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए।
इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य आवेदकों द्वारा भी पेंशन, जन वितरण प्रणाली, राजस्व मामलों एवं आधारभूत सुविधाओं से संबंधित समस्याएं प्रस्तुत की गईं, जिन पर उपायुक्त द्वारा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के माध्यम से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों को उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एक प्रभावी एवं सुलभ मंच उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है, जिससे प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली में पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही को और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया जा सके।
