बालू घाट में अनियमितता पर कारण पृच्छा नोटिस, बिना चालान परिवहन पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज
गुमला : – गुमला अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी, की अध्यक्षता में जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, गुमला एवं अंचल अधिकारी, सिसई द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से ओलमुण्डा पंचायत के केउन्दचाँवरा एवं पाटसरना (बालू घाट) का औचक निरीक्षण एवं छापेमारी की गई।
निरीक्षण के दौरान बन्दोबस्तीधारी के प्रतिनिधि की उपस्थिति में बालू घाट का निरीक्षण किया गया। जांच के क्रम में घाट पर अनियमितता पाई गई, जिसके लिए बन्दोबस्तीधारी को कारण पृच्छा नोटिस निर्गत किया जा रहा है। साथ ही निर्देशित किया गया कि नियमानुसार ही बालू का उठाव सुनिश्चित करें, अन्यथा विधि सम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इसी क्रम में बसिया-सिसई पथ पर झटनी टोली के समीप बालू लदे हाईवा (संख्या BR24GB-5711) की जांच की गई। जांच के दौरान वाहन चालक द्वारा बालू से संबंधित वैध खनिज परिवहन चालान प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया। इस पर वाहन को बालू सहित जप्त करते हुए सिसई थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध आगे भी सख्त कार्रवाई जारी रखने की बात कही गई है।
