पिट्स मॉडर्न स्कूल में पृथ्वी दिवस पर जागरूकता का शंखनाद, छात्रों ने दिया पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश

गोमिया-गोमिया स्थित पिट्स मॉडर्न स्कूल में मंगलवार, 22 अप्रैल 2026 को पृथ्वी दिवस के अवसर पर विद्यालय सभागार में कक्षा आठवीं के लिए विशेष प्रार्थना सभा का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों के बीच पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना और धरती को बचाने का संदेश देना था।
इस अवसर पर कक्षा छठी से आठवीं तक के विद्यार्थियों ने एक प्रभावशाली लघु नाटिका प्रस्तुत की, जिसमें ‘धरती माँ’ को मानव गतिविधियों से हो रहे पर्यावरणीय नुकसान के खिलाफ न्याय की गुहार लगाते हुए दिखाया गया। नाटिका के माध्यम से छात्रों ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण, वृक्षारोपण और प्रकृति के संतुलन को बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन विद्यालय की पर्यावरण समिति के निर्देशन में शिक्षिका दीप्ति प्रभा और शिक्षक डी.पी. मुखर्जी के मार्गदर्शन में किया गया। प्रस्तुति के बाद विद्यार्थियों ने शिक्षकों एवं समन्वयकों के साथ मिलकर धरती की रक्षा और पर्यावरण संरक्षण की शपथ ली।
कक्षा आठवीं की छात्रा आरना स्तुति ने कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन किया। विद्यालय के प्राचार्य बृजमोहन लाल दास ने कहा कि पृथ्वी हमारा एकमात्र घर है और इसकी सुरक्षा करना हम सभी की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की गतिविधियाँ छात्रों में पर्यावरण के प्रति जिम्मेदारी और जागरूकता विकसित करती हैं।
विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के उपाध्यक्ष अरिंदम दासगुप्त ने कहा कि भविष्य इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि आज हम अपने पर्यावरण की रक्षा के लिए कितने गंभीर हैं। उन्होंने छात्रों और शिक्षकों के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए इसे प्रेरणादायक पहल बताया।
वहीं Orica India Pvt Ltd के गोमिया इकाई के महाप्रबंधक अभिषेक बिस्वास ने कहा कि युवाओं को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए आगे आते देखना प्रेरणादायक है। ऐसे कार्यक्रम समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने और बेहतर भविष्य निर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।
