झुंड से बिछड़े बिगड़ैल हाथियों से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जीवन रक्षा और उक्त हाथियों को भागने में बड़े टॉर्चों का काफी योगदान होगा

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित सिसई प्रखंड के ओलमुडा पंचायत में जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सह भाजपा नेत्री किरण माला बड़ा के अथक प्रयास और पहल से वन विभाग द्वारा टॉर्च वितरण कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में किरण माला बड़ा ने उपस्थित ग्रामीणों के बीच टॉर्च का वितरण करते हुए उन्होंने उक्त क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक वर्ष सारंडा जंगल से उक्त क्षेत्रों में प्रवेश करने वाले हाथियों , और झुंड से बिछड़े बिगड़ैल हाथियों द्वारा मिट्टी के घरों को तोड़ फोड़कर कर घर में रखे अनाजों और घरेलू सामानों को बर्बाद कर दिया जाता है और तो और जान माल की क्षति और नुकसान पहुंचाया जाता है, जिससे बचाव के लिए उक्त क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों के बीच बड़े टॉर्चों का वितरण किया गया , इस अवसर पर किरण माला बड़ा ने कहा कि यह पहल ग्रामीणों के जान माल और सुरक्षा एवं सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए की गई है, जिससे रात्रि के समय आवागमन एवं दैनिक जीवन में उन्हें सहूलियत मिल सके। साथ ही, इस प्रकार के प्रयासों से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जागरूकता एवं सहयोग की भावना भी सुदृढ़ होती है, किरण माला बड़ा ने यह भी कहा कि वे आगे भी उक्त क्षेत्र के विकास एवं जनकल्याण के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत रहेंगी, उक्त कार्यक्रम में वन विभाग के कर्मचारीगण एवं बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए,इसे जनहित में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया और बिगड़ैल हाथियों से जीवन बचाने और उक्त क्षेत्रों से गांव में प्रवेश करने वाले हाथियों को भगाने में उक्त बड़े टॉर्च का बहुत बड़ा योगदान होगा और जीवन रक्षा करने में सहायक सिद्ध होगा l भाजपा नेत्री किरणमाला बड़ा ने यह भी बताया कि जंगली हाथियों द्वारा मारे जाने पर पहले ₹400000 मुआवजा मिलता था जो अब बढ़कर 10 लाख रुपया मुआवजा दिया जाता है l
