गुमला : – आज दिनांक को 20.04.2026 को गुमला पुलिस को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, झारखण्ड, राँची में अहतु थाना (गुमला) कांड सं0-03/20, दिनांक-06.02.2020, धारा-363/365/367/368/370/371 भा०द०वि०, 16/15 बंधुआ मजदूर अधि० एवं 75/79 जे0जे0 एक्ट की पीड़िता संजीता कुमारी के लापता होने के मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कांड में बेहतर अनुसंधान हेतु दिशा निर्देश दिया गया। माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, झारखण्ड, राँची द्वारा दिये गये निर्देश के आलोक में पुलिस अधीक्षक, गुमला के अनुरोध पर अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक, अपराध अनुसंधान विभाग, झारखण्ड, राँची द्वारा पीड़िता की बरामदगी हेतु पीड़िता का फोटो एवं सभी विस्तृत विवरणी के साथ Hue and Cry Notice सभी राज्यों के महानिदेशक एवं पुलिस महानिरीक्षकों को भेजी गई है।
