गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला की अध्यक्षता में जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, अंचलाधिकारी बिशुनपुर, थाना प्रभारी गुरदारी एवं खनन निरीक्षक द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से हिंडाल्को कंपनी के मौजा गुरदारी स्थित धारित खनन पट्टा क्षेत्र का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान हिंडाल्को के महाप्रबंधक, खान प्रबंधक एवं अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे। टीम द्वारा खनन क्षेत्रों का विस्तृत निरीक्षण करते हुए खनन पद्धति की जानकारी प्राप्त की गई तथा अनुमोदित खनन योजना, पर्यावरणीय स्वीकृति एवं विस्फोटक कार्यों को नियमानुसार संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही, कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा मानकों को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने पर विशेष बल दिया गया।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में अन्य बिंदुओं की भी जांच की गई तथा खनन कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके क्षेत्रों में Land Reclamation/Backfilling सुनिश्चित करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
इस दौरान रैयत सत्य प्रकाश हुरहुरिया द्वारा उपायुक्त को दिए गए आवेदन के आलोक में उनकी भूमि पर सहमति के बिना खनन कार्य किए जाने की शिकायत की भी जांच की गई। हालांकि, आवेदक की अनुपस्थिति के कारण अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी द्वारा अंचलाधिकारी, बिशुनपुर को निर्देशित किया गया कि आवेदक, कंपनी प्रतिनिधि, मुखिया एवं ग्राम प्रधान सहित अन्य संबंधित पक्षों की उपस्थिति में तिथि निर्धारित कर भूमि का मापन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान खनिज से लदे बॉक्साइट ट्रकों की भी जांच की गई, जिसमें खनिज परिवहन चालान की पुष्टि की गई।
