गोमिया प्रखंड में श्रद्धा और उत्साह के साथ मनाई गई वट सावित्री पूजा

गोमिया। गोमिया प्रखंड के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में शनिवार को सुहागिन महिलाओं ने वट सावित्री पूजा पूरे श्रद्धा, उल्लास और उत्साह के साथ मनाई। गवर्नमेंट कॉलोनी, आईईएल गोमिया काली मंदिर, हजारी, होसिर, साड़म, ललपनिया सहित प्रखंड के कई क्षेत्रों में महिलाओं ने पारंपरिक रीति-रिवाज के अनुसार वट वृक्ष की पूजा-अर्चना कर अपने पति की लंबी आयु एवं परिवार की सुख-समृद्धि की कामना की।
सुबह से ही सुहागिन महिलाएं नए वस्त्र एवं श्रृंगार कर पूजा स्थलों पर पहुंचीं। महिलाओं ने वट वृक्ष के चारों ओर धागा बांधकर पूजा की तथा व्रत कथा का श्रवण किया। इस दौरान पूजा स्थलों पर भक्ति गीतों और मंगल ध्वनि से वातावरण भक्तिमय बना रहा।
गवर्नमेंट कॉलोनी एवं आईईएल गोमिया काली मंदिर परिसर में बड़ी संख्या में महिलाओं की भीड़ उमड़ी। वहीं हजारी, होसिर, साड़म और ललपनिया क्षेत्रों में भी महिलाओं ने सामूहिक रूप से पूजा कर अखंड सौभाग्य की कामना की। पूजा के बाद महिलाओं ने एक-दूसरे को सिंदूर लगाकर शुभकामनाएं दीं।
महिलाओं ने बताया कि वट सावित्री व्रत भारतीय संस्कृति और दांपत्य जीवन की अटूट आस्था का प्रतीक है। इस अवसर पर पूरे प्रखंड में धार्मिक और उत्सवी माहौल देखने को मिला।
