सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता के मददगारों का सम्मान, सड़क सुरक्षा दल और कॉलेज के छात्र हुए पुरस्कृत

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में समाज सेवा और जीवन रक्षा के एक महत्वपूर्ण संकल्प को सम्मानित करते हुए जिला परिवहन कार्यालय (डीटीओ), गुमला के सौजन्य से एक विशेष सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों में उत्कृष्ट योगदान देने वाले ‘सड़क सुरक्षा दल’ के सक्रिय जांबाजों और कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय के छात्रों को उनके अमूल्य सहयोग के लिए सम्मानित करना था।

समारोह में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट, निस्वार्थ और सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाने वाले इन सभी युवाओं और जांबाजों की भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की। उनके समर्पण और कार्यशालाओं में कड़ी मेहनत को सराहते हुए, डीटीओ ने उन्हें विशेष ‘प्रशंसा प्रमाण पत्र’ प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया।

सड़क सुरक्षा सिर्फ अभियान नहीं, जीवन बचाने का संकल्प है: डीटीओ

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने अपने विचार साझा किए। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क सुरक्षा को केवल एक सरकारी अभियान के रूप में नहीं देखा जाना चाहिए, बल्कि यह हर नागरिक का एक पवित्र संकल्प होना चाहिए जिससे कीमती जानें बचाई जा सकें।

उन्होंने बताया कि इस व्यापक जन जागरूकता अभियान में कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय के छात्रों और सड़क सुरक्षा दल ने प्रशासन और आम जनता के बीच एक मजबूत सेतु का काम किया है। इन युवाओं के सहयोग से ही आम जनता और वाहन चालकों को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक करने में अभूतपूर्व सफलता प्राप्त हुई है। डीटीओ ने सम्मानित होने वाले सभी सदस्यों की कर्तव्यनिष्ठा और समाज के प्रति उनके समर्पण की सराहना करते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की।

जागरूकता अभियान की प्रमुख गतिविधियां

सड़क सुरक्षा दल और छात्रों के सहयोग से जिले भर में जन जागरूकता के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए गए:

सघन जागरूकता अभियान: चौक-चौराहों, प्रमुख मार्गों और भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में वाहन चालकों को रोककर हेलमेट पहनने और कार में सीटबेल्ट लगाने के फायदों के बारे में जागरूक किया गया।

युवाओं से संवाद: स्कूल और कॉलेजों में विशेष सेमिनार और कार्यशालाएं आयोजित की गईं, ताकि युवा पीढ़ी शुरुआत से ही सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग (ओवरस्पीडिंग न करने, स्टंट न करने) की आदत डाल सके।

नियमों के पालन पर जोर: रॉन्ग साइड ड्राइविंग, नशे में गाड़ी चलाना (ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव) और मोबाइल पर बात करते हुए ड्राइविंग करने के घातक परिणामों के बारे में लोगों को सचेत किया गया।

दुर्घटना मुक्त गुमला बनाने का लिया गया सामूहिक संकल्प

इस सम्मान समारोह में जिला परिवहन कार्यालय के कई वरीय अधिकारी, सड़क सुरक्षा समिति के सदस्य, कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय के सम्मानित छात्र और सड़क सुरक्षा दल के सभी वॉलंटियर्स उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम के अंत में उपस्थित सभी लोगों ने परिवहन विभाग की इस सकारात्मक पहल का स्वागत किया। समारोह का समापन एक सामूहिक शपथ के साथ हुआ, जिसमें सभी ने व्यक्तिगत और सामाजिक स्तर पर यातायात नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करने और गुमला जिले को पूर्ण रूप से ‘दुर्घटना मुक्त’ बनाने का दृढ़ संकल्प लिया।
