विशुनपुर में आयोजित अंचल दिवस में उपायुक्त पहुंचे, जमीन संबंधी मामलों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के विशुनपुर अंचल में शनिवार को आयोजित अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो शामिल हुए। इस दौरान अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, अंचल अधिकारी विशुनपुर, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी विशुनपुर सहित विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

अंचल दिवस के अवसर पर बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण अपनी समस्याएं लेकर पहुंचे, जिनमें अधिकांश मामले जमीन से संबंधित थे। कार्यक्रम के दौरान राजस्व एवं भूमि से जुड़े मामलों की सुनवाई करते हुए कई मामलों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया, वहीं शेष जटिल मामलों के त्वरित समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

ग्रामीणों द्वारा भूमि मापी, दाखिल-खारिज, रसीद निर्गमन, सीमांकन एवं अन्य राजस्व संबंधी समस्याएं प्रमुख रूप से रखी गईं। उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि राजस्व मामलों का निष्पादन पारदर्शी, समयबद्ध एवं संवेदनशील तरीके से सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि आम लोगों को अनावश्यक परेशानियों का सामना न करना पड़े।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों से सीधे संवाद कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं तथा भरोसा दिलाया कि जिला प्रशासन आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध एवं संवेदनशील है। उन्होंने कहा कि अंचल दिवस जैसे कार्यक्रम प्रशासन और जनता के बीच संवाद को मजबूत बनाने का प्रभावी माध्यम हैं, जिससे लोगों को स्थानीय स्तर पर ही त्वरित समाधान उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कहा कि, “अंचल दिवस के माध्यम से प्रशासन की पहुंच अंतिम व्यक्ति तक सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। जमीन से जुड़े मामले आम लोगों के जीवन से सीधे जुड़े होते हैं, इसलिए इनका समयबद्ध समाधान हमारी प्राथमिकता है। हमारा प्रयास है कि लोगों को बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें और अधिकतम मामलों का समाधान स्थानीय स्तर पर ही सुनिश्चित हो।”

उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में गंभीरता एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्य करते हुए निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी भी दी गई तथा उन्हें योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
