जनजातीय गरिमा उत्सव – सबसे दूर, सबसे पहले” अभियान के तहत जनजागरूकता एवं योजनाओं के शत-प्रतिशत लाभ वितरण को लेकर विशेष पहल

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में जनजातीय एवं विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूहों (पीवीटी जीएस) तक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रभावी रूप से पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से “जनजातीय गरिमा उत्सव – सबसे दूर, सबसे पहले” जनभागीदारी अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है। यह अभियान जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की पहल है, जिसका उद्देश्य आदिवासी समुदायों को सरकारी योजनाओं एवं अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करते हुए उन्हें योजनाओं से शत-प्रतिशत लाभान्वित करना है।

यह अभियान 18 मई 2026 से 25 मई 2026 तक व्यापक सूचना, शिक्षा एवं संचार ( आईईसी ) गतिविधियों के माध्यम से चलाया जा रहा है। अभियान के तहत गुमला जिले के आदिवासी एवं पीबीटीजी बहुल गांवों में विशेष जागरूकता कार्यक्रम, लाभ संतृप्ति शिविर, ग्राम सभाएं, नुक्कड़ नाटक, स्थानीय प्रदर्शनियां एवं सामुदायिक सहभागिता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।

इस संबंध में कार्यालय समेकित जनजाति विकास अभिकरण, गुमला द्वारा जिले के सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि अभियान अवधि के दौरान योजनाओं का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार सुनिश्चित किया जाए तथा पात्र लाभुकों तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाया जाए।

अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य जनजातीय समुदायों को सरकारी योजनाओं एवं उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करना, प्रत्येक पात्र परिवार तक आधार कार्ड, बैंक खाता, स्वास्थ्य कार्ड, गैस कनेक्शन एवं अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना तथा ग्राम स्तर पर जनभागीदारी को मजबूत बनाना है। इसके साथ ही आदिवासी युवाओं को “परिवर्तन नेता” के रूप में प्रशिक्षित कर नेतृत्व विकास एवं सामुदायिक सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने की भी योजना है।

अभियान के तहत राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर माननीय केंद्रीय जनजातीय मामलों के मंत्री एवं संबंधित जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा वर्चुअल माध्यम से शुभारंभ किया गया है। वहीं राज्य स्तर पर मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा तथा जिला स्तर पर जिला प्रशासन के माध्यम से कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर विशेष ग्राम सभाएं, आईईसी वैन रैलियां एवं समुदाय आधारित कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।

अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के अंतर्गत आधार कार्ड, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र, राशन कार्ड, आयुष्मान भारत योजना, प्रधानमंत्री मातृ वंदना योजना, प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना, जनधन योजना, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि, मनरेगा, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड, वनधन योजना, विश्वकर्मा योजना, प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना, जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना, सिकल सेल जांच, टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान, मिशन इंद्रधनुष एवं अन्य योजनाओं से लाभुकों को जोड़ने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

अभियान के लिए “अपना गांव, अपनी शान समग्र विकास का अभियान” तथा “जनजातीय गांव, देश की जान समग्र विकास, हमारी पहचान” जैसे नारों के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरूक किया जा रहा है।

जिला प्रशासन एवं आईटीडीए गुमला द्वारा आमजन से अपील की गई है कि वे इस अभियान में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाएं तथा अधिक से अधिक पात्र लाभुकों को सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने में सहयोग करें।
