पीएम जनमन योजना एवं जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न; उपायुक्त ने दिए कार्यों में तेजी लाने और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के सख्त निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को जिला स्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें पीएम जनमन (पीएम – जनमन ) योजना सहित विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में सभी संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को लंबित कार्यों को निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने तथा योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक के दौरान पीएम जनमन योजना के अंतर्गत जिले में संचालित बुनियादी ढांचे से जुड़े कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने निर्माणाधीन आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के कार्यों में तेजी लाने और उन्हें जल्द पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। वहीं योजना के तहत बनने वाले स्कूल भवनों की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित विभाग को निविदा प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूर्ण कर कार्य प्रारंभ करने को कहा गया।

उपायुक्त ने जिले के सभी चिन्हित क्षेत्रों एवं घरों में विद्युत कनेक्शन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि कोई भी योग्य परिवार बिजली सुविधा से वंचित नहीं रहना चाहिए। इसके साथ ही मोबाइल नेटवर्क एवं टावर से संबंधित कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

कल्याण एवं शिक्षा विभाग से संबंधित योजनाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी स्कूली बच्चों के बैंक खातों को एनपीसीआई से लिंक कराने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया। एलडीएम को बिजनेस कॉरेस्पोंडेंट के माध्यम से विद्यालयों में विशेष कैंप आयोजित कर शत-प्रतिशत एनपीसीआई मैपिंग सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

बैठक में भवन निर्माण कार्यों की गुणवत्ता को लेकर भी उपायुक्त ने कड़ा रुख अपनाया। उन्होंने संबंधित अभियंताओं एवं अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी सरकारी भवनों का निर्माण निर्धारित मानकों एवं उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ किया जाए तथा किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 के छूटे हुए योग्य विद्यार्थियों के बीच साइकिल वितरण कार्य को अविलंब पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही आगामी सत्र 2026-27 के लिए लाभुकों की सूची जल्द उपलब्ध कराने हेतु प्रखंड कल्याण पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया।

पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने डुमरी क्षेत्र में पाइपलाइन निर्माण कार्य को बिना किसी विलंब के शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया ताकि ग्रामीणों को स्वच्छ एवं नियमित पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक समय पर पहुंचे, यह जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में गंभीरता एवं जवाबदेही के साथ कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से निदेशक आईटीडीए लिली एनोला लकड़ा , सिविल सर्जन गुमला शंभूनाथ चौधरी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन,जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, विद्युत आपूर्ति कार्यपालक अभियंता , आईडीएम गुमला सहित अंग संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
