सिसई के लकैया गांव में गोवंशीय अवशेष मिलने से तनाव, बजरंग दल का गंभीर आरोप

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत जिला सिसई थाना क्षेत्र के लकैया गांव के गंझू तालाब गौझिन डोभा में सोमवार को कथित रूप से गोवंशीय हड्डियां और मांस के अवशेष मिलने के बाद पूरे इलाके में भारी तनाव फैल गया है। घटना की सूचना आग की तरह फैलते ही बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण और हिंदू संगठनों से जुड़े लोग मौके पर एकत्र हो गए और अपना कड़ा विरोध शुरू कर दिए, स्थिति की संवेदनशीलता और ग्रामीणों के आक्रोश को देखते हुए सिसई थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए और अतिरिक्त सशस्त्र बल पुलिस घटना स्थल पर पहुंचेगी और पुलिस ने अपनी सूझबूझ का परिचय देते हुए और शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के उद्देश्य से उक्त घटनास्थल पर मोर्चा संभाला और तालाब (डोभा) से उक्त अवशेषों को बाहर निकालने के लिए प्रशासन द्वारा जेसीबी मशीन और ट्रैक्टर मंगवाई गई और फिलहाल पुलिस पूरे मामले की बारीकी से जांच कर रही है और अपने वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारी गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ने अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सुरेश प्रसाद यादव थाना प्रभारी सिसई सहित अन्य पुलिस अधिकारियों द्वारा लोगों से शांति व सौहार्द बनाए रखने की अपील की जा रही है। तनावपूर्ण स्थिति के बीच ग्राम लकैया के आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों ने सिसई थाना प्रभारी को एक लिखित आवेदन सौंपकर त्वरित और कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है। ग्रामीणों द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित इस शिकायत पत्र में कहा गया है की सिसई थाना अंतर्गत स्थित “ग्राम-लकैया के गौझिन डोभा में गौ मांस एवं गाय काटे जाने के बाद बचा हुआ अवशेष फेंका गया है। उक्त डोभा को देखने से ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की इससे पूर्व भी यहाँ ऐसे अवशेष फेंके गए हैं। इससे साफ पता चलता है कि आसपास अवैध बूचड़खाना चलाया जा रहा है, जहाँ प्रतिबंधित गौवंश की हत्या की जा रही है।” इस आवेदन पर राजकुमार उरांव, रबि भारती, राजा वर्मा, दिलीप महतो, राहुल सारंगी, छोटू गोप, रौशन ठाकुर सहित दर्जनों ग्रामीणों और स्थानीय युवाओं के हस्ताक्षर मौजूद हैं, जिन्होंने आरोपियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है ताकि ऐसी घटना की पुनरावृत्ति न हो। इस घटना को लेकर विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बजरंग दल गुमला जिला इकाई ने एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर गहरा आक्रोश व्यक्त किया गया है। बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं का आरोप है कि यह कृत्य जानबूझकर हिंदू आस्थाओं को ठेस पहुंचाने उद्देश्य से और उक्त क्षेत्र का माहौल खराब करने के लिए किया गया है। संगठन ने स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों पर भी तीखा हमला बोला है। बजरंग दल का आरोप है कि सिसई विधायक जिगा सुसारण होरो और जिला प्रशासन के कथित संरक्षण में क्षेत्र में बड़े पैमाने पर अवैध बूचड़खाने और गौ तस्करी का धंधा संचालित हो रहा है। बजरंग दल के पदाधिकारियों ने दो टूक शब्दों में चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है की उक्त क्षेत्रों में लगातार हो रही गौ माता की हत्याओं को संगठन किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा। अतः जिला प्रशासन अविलंब सिसई थाना क्षेत्र के

लकैया गांव की घटना की जांच करे और अवैध बूचड़खानों व तस्करी पर पूर्ण विराम लगाए। यदि प्रशासन ने इस पर त्वरित कार्रवाई नहीं की, तो बजरंग दल सड़कों पर उतरने को बाध्य होगा और पूरे जिले के सभी प्रखंड स्तरों पर उग्र आंदोलन छेड़ेगा, जिसकी संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी सरकार और जिला प्रशासन की होगी।
