गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित पालकोट प्रखंड मुख्यालय के डेराबिलिंगबिरा पंचायत के लाधुडेरा गांव में आजादी के इतने वर्ष बाद भी बुनियादी सुविधाओं

का घोर अभाव बना हुआ है. चुनाव के समय तथाकथित जनप्रतिनिधियों का आश्वासन – आश्वासन ही रह गया है, फलस्वरूप क्षेत्र की आम जनता प्रतिदिन विभिन्न आकार प्रकार के समस्याओं से रूबरू होते रहते है और सालों भर परेशान रहते हैं , बरसात के मौसम में ओम ग्रामीण छोटी मोटी समस्याओं और इलाज के लिए अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर रोटी रोजी की समस्या में सालों भर उलझे रहते हैं, कोई नहीं है देखनहरा चुनाव के समय जनप्रतिनिधियों का जमावड़ा लगा रहता है इस गांव में और चुनाव के जीतने के बाद किसी का चेहरा नजर नहीं आता है . ताजा मामला लाधुडेरा गांव का है, जहां सड़क विहीन रास्ते के कारण एक गर्भवती

महिला को परिजन और ग्रामीणों ने बहंगी (बहंगी और टोकरी ) के सहारे टांगकर आनन फानन में इलाज के लिए चार किलोमीटर दूर स्थित अस्पताल पहुंचाया, प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार , लाधुडेरा निवासी पैरू खड़िया की गर्भवती पत्नी सुषमा देवी को अचानक तीव्र प्रसव पीड़ा शुरू हुई. और एंबुलेंस से संपर्क करने का प्रयास किया,

लेकिन गांव तक पक्की सड़क न होने और रास्ता अत्यंत दुर्गम व पथरीला होने के कारण, सड़क विहीन उक्त गांव तक एंबुलेंस या कोई अन्य वाहन गांव तक नहीं

पहुंच सका.और स्थिति गंभीर और बिगड़ते देख ग्रामीणों ने पारंपरिक तरीका अपनाया और उक्त महिला को बहंगी टोकरी में बैठ कर और कंधे पर लाठी के सहारे उठाकर चार किलोमीटर का सफर तय करते हुए बिलिंगबिरा पंचायत मुख्यालय पहुंचाया गया और पंचायत मुख्यालय पहुंचने के बाद ग्रामीणों ने आनन-फानन में एक निजी वाहन की व्यवस्था कर उक्त पीड़ित महिला

को पालकोट सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां चिकित्सकों की देखरेख में उक्त महिला का इलाज चल रहा है। उक्त घटना को लेकर ग्रामीणों में स्थानीय प्रशासन और जनप्रतिनिधियों के

खिलाफ भारी आक्रोश देखा गया। ग्रामीणों ने अपनी समस्याओं को आकर्षित होते हुए बताया कि

लाधुडेरा गांव आजादी कितने वर्ष बाद भी विकास की मुख्यधारा

से पूर्णतः कटा हुआ है. गांव में पक्की सड़क नहीं होने के कारण सबसे बड़ी परेशानी गंभीर मरीजों और गर्भवती महिलाओं को होती है. इसके अलावा गांव में शुद्ध पेयजल समेत अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं का भी घोर अभाव है। ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन से अविलंब गांव में सड़क निर्माण और पेयजल व्यवस्था बहाल करने की मांग की है, ताकि भविष्य में किसी को मूलभूत सुविधाओं से वंचित न होना पड़े ।
